This series was fascinating! I spent a few days mulling things over, I have so many questions about Rivka's initial situation and that narrator!

NE cold cases

This was beyond a great way to learn part of history

Hey Ryan, It should be the 'The White Vault Avrum - Script.pdf' link. If it's being super problematic, please message us your email and I'll send you a direct PDF in an email :)

Raiden

A bit confused here, why does Avrum sound like a woman but is referred to as a male?

Chris F

The story is amazing and I really understand why it felt so personal to you and to so many of the others out here. As an Eastern European, I wish I could say I couldn't relate to any of it, but I believe all of us in that part of the world sadly could. As far as the story goes, it was a welcome change of pace and formula. The other tales were also amazing, but this story felt like an examination of a period through a family tragedy with the White Vault lore and world as backdrop, as opposed to the other way around, which I really loved, because it gives you the opportunity as creators to delve into more different and deeper themes such as war and it's horrors, family and heritage. But the white Vault being the backdrop doesn't mean there wasn't a lot there, if you pay attention. Not to get too spoilery about it, but Rivka's (I apologize, if it is misspelled) family and the whole division in it, and the doll... you could get quite a clear picture who she is, why she is important and even exactly what and which family she is from (the world map with the attending families in Cairo is a handy addition in that regard), but all of that is just breadcrumbs, because we're in the shoes of Avrum and his plight and that made it all the more special. Sorry for my babbling, the story was just amazing, thank you!

Jan Stemberk

The last 30 minutes really start connecting the dots.. the doll, Trivia's mother, the "you'll love it when you see it"... Subtle and brilliant.

That was incredible!! 😍 If you ever make these into books I'm so down to buy, I can picture them as TV shows or films too. No1 favourite podcasters. Thanks for your hard work x

Fool & Scholar Productions

Oh, thank you! That's super nice of you to say and a great thing for me to read after I've been working all day. I hope to make more great stories for you!!!

Amber Ingalls

This one was really cool. Being less fictional horror and more historical fiction. My partner and boys are Jewish, and I don't know nearly enough about the history, although I do try to hold their traditions (i.e. lighting the menorah during Hanukkah with my children even though my partner is at work, and I grew up extremely Christian). This was a really cool look into the history

Fool & Scholar Productions

Thank you! We have a similar family dynamic and I (Kaitlin here) spent a lot of time carefully researching the time and events for this story. I'm glad to hear you enjoyed it!

LeRoy Cassidey

Thank you for the full version. I especially liked this series.

Fool & Scholar Productions

Glad to hear it! This story deals a lot more with our family's personal history than the others, so we it meant a lot to us to create it, more so than some other White Vault stories.

Nicole

This was absolutely riveting, thank you so much for this! I kept losing myself to the visuals produced in my head, imagining the chaos of the time. I won’t spoil it for others, but boy did you guys make me forget that it was the White Vault until the ending neared and made so many things click for me. Bravo!

Fool & Scholar Productions

Thank you! We know this story was a bit more of a mix of reality and horror than the others, and we're really glad the newer semi-'found footage' and semi-'real time' worked so well!

Aluvian

It was so wonderful listening to this again. Thank you for posting the full version! I'm very unfamiliar with that part of European history, so it was awesome to learn some things while getting a bit of a scare. It's very apparent a lot of love and dedication went into this story.

Fool & Scholar Productions

Thank you for your kind words! Yeah, we know the feeling, it was a lot to learn about a very specific event that doesn't seem to be very common knowledge. At least not outside of the areas in and around Ukraine.

Sarah E Schwartz

Listening to this in one go makes me appreciate the series so much more. Thank you for making it!

Fool & Scholar Productions

As we may have mentioned, this is a very personal story for us, and it's one we've wanted to tell for awhile now. Glad it connected with you :)
