Thanks very much to everybody who's contributed so far – I'm honestly not sure how the rewards scheme is going to work, but until I have some clearer idea, feel free to leave comments/suggestions here for stuff you'd like to hear me cover in more depth or, for that matter, at all.

Hey you wrote a tweet recently talking about seeing themes from certain artists appearing in real life after becoming acquainted with their work. You name checked De Lillo, Pynchon and Zappa. You've talked about the former two (obviously considering the subject) but I'd be down to listen to what you have to say about Zappa or really any other musicians.

Apart from desperately wanting a Vineland series (which I assume will be coming down the pike at some point), I am wondering if you're willing to wander afield out of America and look at J.G. Ballard, both pre- and post-Atrocity Exhibition. I find a lot of his '60s output even more intriguing in our contemporary landscape than the obvious stuff like Crash, Concrete Island and High-Rise but honestly, anything on Ballard would rule.
