After all these years! I don't learn that Lightwave has a blurring node until just now. This is the mother of all facepalms. I will have to sweeten Nadia's final results with this.

EDIT: Bah! I can use it for procedural textures but I am having difficulty using it to soften her animation data.. (grumble) I'll keep trying.
