Raw speculation inbound, the Baxxid at the Teeth are not the only tribe/group of Baxxid around, and those other Baxxid regularly prey on Indrel. And Yannit is having a strong instinctive response to Kalgkur's presence. Edit, after thinking for a bit. Yannit may have direct experience with feral Baxxid hunting her people.
