From my experience playing Skyrim, I'd argue it's equally likely to mark him as the protagonist's Follower. "Sworn to carry your burdens" and all that.

Well, Pussywillow Moonsugar acquiring Dawnbreaker WOULDN'T be a Bad thing... And it would make Lifts-Her-Tail Jealous... Also, I have the funny mental image of Pussywillow Moonsugar getting Dawnbreaker... And being the one to use it, not Orgnar... As in, "If they figure out how to seperate themselves from their "Characters", Pussywillow would be able to use Dawnbreaker, while Dawnbreaker wouldn't be able to be picked up by Orgnar".
