Better Call Saul Season 5 Episode 7 'JMM' Full TV Reaction!!

Comments

Marcus Cato

I feel like Kim is playing out a 'repitition compulsion'. She clearly had a dysfunctional, maybe even alcoholic mother that made her feel like she had to 'save' her mother by being the adult in the relationship. So later in life she meets Jimmy, misses a long series of red flags, and makes one bad decision after another trying to rescue him.

Ellie Williams

Arguably the saddest wedding in TV history. Poor Kim.

Corks

Regarding the fire, yeah I believe the idea was to make it look like kids who ransacked it and the fire may have not been the primary motive. That would draw less attention then if the fire was the obvious intent, which may make the cops looks more into Fring.

Ashton Rice

I think you guys might've missed a Breaking Bad cameo. The German man who ran the meeting was in a BB episode where he emotionlessly taste tested new sauce flavours at Madrigal before killing himself in the bathroom because the police were outside. This is why they made him have such an overjoyed reaction to tasting the spice curls.

Michael Chavira

I'd like to point out a couple jokes that definitely fly under the radar. During the Madrigal meeting, we get a quick look at the restaurant division, and we see that the Whiskerstay's CEO is also a side-sitter. I also think it's hilarious that a German conglomerate actually owns a company called LuftWaffle.

Guess you are not a Game of Thrones fan:)

Ellie Williams

Lol no. I wouldn't call the Red Wedding sad. More like painful and tortuous.

Mantis

And also Lydia....once again.....just wanting to kill all her problems that are currently incarcerated. She is low key one of the most evil characters in either BB or BCS.

Matt DSM

Right isn’t it a thing where kids who had to “parent their parents” end up picking a partner as an adult that they need to be there for, protect and care for, like they did as a kid?

Ashton Rice

Never noticed the Luftwaffle thing. That’s actually hilarious

Marcus Cato

Yeah, it's pretty common I think. I love the way the show reveals the trauma behind Kim's on-the-ball persona.
