Milchick said it had been months and they showed him the heavily redacted paper as evidence. Based on the fact that Mark returned to work on Monday (Friday was the overtime contingency), Milchick was totally lying. Lumon lies. So many mysteries, some answers. Fun reaction!

Also, the innie is Helly, the outie is Helena. Also again, In the phone booth scene, if you use the captions, you can tell that Irving says something like "I got through to my innie". I think this backs up the theory that Irving is trying to communicate through the paintings and staying awake.

For me, it seems obvious that Helena has a thing for Mark and a yearning for some romance in her life. She had a visceral reaction to the kiss. She's not just studying her. I'm sure that is not the first time she has seen the security feeds for the severed floor. Helena is a complex character, not really so black and white. I'm sure there is an internal struggle within her between corporate Helena and carefree, fiery Helly.

I think it’s funny that when Mark went to the door to see who it is, we see a rare moment of Milchick not smiling but then he pulls out the smile right when Mark opens the door. It shows me that Milchick’s not always as cheery as his iconic smile portrays

It seemed to me that the whole parade thing was fake from the jump. I dont think there is any way they would have allowed Helly to be in something like that. Would damage the company image. But they can lie to the other innies because they dont know who’s daughter she is.
