Night Fell on Laestra Book I Chp. 5 (Patreon)

If you're the kind of person who likes to read ahead to see how much there is of a book, NFOL has a total of 18 chapters: Book I has 9, Book II has 4, Book III has 4, and there's an epilogue. With a total length of 69.7 K words, it is the second longest completed story I've ever produced (the first being Aite, a Gatchaman fanfic, at about 79K words.) I have stories that are much, much longer than either of these, but none complete yet.
