Glad you're enjoying this kind of episode, and this Season overall. ..... People were telling you not to worry about guns? People often make assertions without using their full imagination, is all I'm gonna say. ...... This episode finally made clear what I have been trying to hint at throughout the entire series, at least since Rimuru gained power and made plans. If you recall, Gazel, Gazel’s people, Elmeria, and possibly more, have worried about Rimuru (or Diablo), and what he could do. Most commenters wrote it off as, Rimuru's not like that. But he easily could be. It's why they talk about how long Rimuru's going to live, compared to everyone else. There's a good chance that in all his life, he could find himself in opposition to another country, and Rimuru may (or may not) strongarm, as you say, the other countries. It really comes down to how much you trust Rimuru, because he's objectively dangerous. .... As far as who's stronger, Benimaru, Shion, and Souei, in that order, are stronger than Shuna. Diablo is probably the strongest. But Shuna's Skill, Parser (it has other names), makes her better in magic than everyone else except Rimuru and Diablo. .... Body Double is one of a number of copy-related Skills that vary in number of copies, how close those copies are to the originals in strength, and how much they can act independently. Rimuru's Skill can't make as many copies, can't use his Ultimate Skills, and he has to consciously control them.

Reality Weapon is a skill that lets its user reproduce weapons from their memory. Glenda used it to recreate her pistol, bullets and knife from when she was a military sniper in her world. Her Unique Skill Sniper also reflects these origins with the powers of Spatial Manipulation, Predictive Calculation and Magic Sense. === Body Doubles are constructs of magicules with all of their creators powers except their Unique and Ultimate Skills. Combined with Thought Communication and the user is a one-man intelligence network able to gather data across large distances near instantly. Body Doubles aren't perfect however, they can't simply replace the original if the original dies. Even Rimuru's enhanced version, capable of serving as Veldora's vessel, doesn't have that capability. Soei's much better at creating multiple however, giving them near equal ability to him, and controlling them perfectly. Rimuru can only control one perfectly.

I really thought it was source readers spoiling but when I saw the teleporting bullets last week I realised its a case of poor media literacy. people often cant think outside of what is shown and refuse to think outside the box, and just take things at face value, and I dont understand how they live their lives like that. it must make consuming media so boring i talk a good length about her fears about Rimuru in todays video i look forward to everyone calling her evil and rimuru fine missing the nuance of the conversation lol

Kinda mad that Soei didn't work his magic on her like he did on Blondie, would have made this whole episode like 5 min... Pretty sure his other form is a tentacle monster.

Guns may or may not be effective on rimuru but they may be against people he cares about. Every citizen is a potential lois lane. Marie ball was at the banquet as a guest at the beginning of the festival. So he could have a list of suspects. Also Gland most have played the portal games before being summoned

A detail I really like is that out of all the people working with Mariabell, aside from Granville there is only one person who is clearly not being controlled by her unique skill Greed. Johann. He's not even loyal to her, but instead to Granville. Maybe that close connection to Granville is the reason she hasn't controlled him. Or maybe Granville told her not to use it on Johann. I don't know as I don't recall if the reason for it was ever stated for sure in the novels. But I really like that there's someone in her meetings that isn't controlled like a puppet. It makes those meeting a lot more interesting.

I wasn't sure that Rimuru’s and/or Souei's copies, specifically, could use Unique Skills. So I only said what I was sure of, that the copies couldn't use Ultimate Skills. Thanks for clearing that up.

Rimuru's Body Doubles can use his Unique Skills if he puts all of his concentration into controlling just one which is generally how many he can control anyway so for him it didn't really matter.

Johann had a deal with Granville that as long as he was loyal that Maribel wouldn't use her skill on him. Johann knows if Granville ever dies that he'll immediately become another puppet.
