This is basically the Harry Potter school with no filter on how kids get randomly destroyed by magical bs 😭 Next week can't come soon enough with that ending 👀

The way they constructed the whole world building is very interesting. Think about it: That "Hero's Legend" sounds to me like the "guidelines" to fulfill the purpose of that strange land surrounded by darkness. I should say this is not the first time I've found stories going the "Matrix route" (a world within a world, where those trapped inside seek a way out), but this one is a real treat by all the little clues they drop. There's a Legend that tells them what steps they need to follow. The Books contain more info not recorded in the legends (they make me think on "admin tools"). And there are people and other creatures that have clued one way or another as to the nature of the world. This is me going on a limb here, but I imagine that Clevatess, Alcia, Drel, Vordin, the creepy emperor and that nasty cardinal are the ones that "found the cracks in the simulation", "clue in on the scam" and such, and each are pursuing the truth of the world in their own way, but because none of them have the whole picture, they... flounder. And they drag others along with them. The books are the keys, that's for sure, since they obviously can influence this world in interesting ways, but they may also be a trap. And only when one gets all of them, will they figure out what the F this insanity is about. This is seriously my jam... such a great tale to puzzle!

This show slaps even though people have forgotten about it... It's a shame since it's really starting to ramp up. Is there not going to be any YT videos anymore?

I still can't believe that people said that this shit was going to fall off because we went to an academy 🤣 They really thought that the datk fantasy can't be that dark in the school and yet within basically 2 episodes, it debunked their theories. Alicia finding the answer and not telling her busy buddy teach was hilarious and then getting trapped in the other side was karma ngl. But she is making moves with that many alliances and Klen meeting with the other dark beasts was unexpected and very interesting. Not the most exciting episode but goddamn was it full with lore and interesting revelations regarding the Hero Legend story and world building aspects. Great stuff overall.

Only realised after I finished it... My bad.
