Oh yeah, SA is what's implied. The crazy thing about this part is that not only the anime, but even the manga censored a SA scene that was in the Light Novel. Sometimes some stuff are better to be left untold.

The sword Elizabeth uses is called Flügel the Winged Blade. This rapier can cut through mythril, reason why she cut door, head, arms in half without problem. But as good as this weapon is, a single impact will shatter it completely, so Elizabeth can't use it for parry. Since you can't parry Flügel, your options are very limited when facing someone like Elizabeth who's an swordman expert : one is to dodge, second is to aim your attacks on the sword (and 3rd have something that Flügel can not cut). Also sorry about the other comments, that wasn't my intention.

I am still not as confident that she will do warcrimes. I think yes, she has no mercy for the wicked, not even a hint. But she has yet to do anything to harm innocent people, until now, all she did is justice. I can imagine her taking some kind of revenge against the civilians who badmouthed her but I think their kind of punishment will be just. I don't think it is her empathy that keeps her in check, but her honor. I will believe that until proven otherwise. I will admit my mistake if I am wrong about it. I won't say its impossible. My main reason is, I don't think she is a hypocrite. Calling out warcrimes while planing to do other warcrimes, I don't think thats how she acts.

In a way, ensuring the kingdom she left is badly managed and falls to ruin will already be punishment to the population, since their living conditions will get worse and worse. They might suffer from exploitation, famine, war with other countries, and eventually would need to flee the ashes of their home country.

Not sure if this was ever mentioned but thinking about her artifact it’s heavily implied she has powers related to the 7 deadly sins. Her personality feels very inline with them.
