Okay I thought this episode was hype and intense. And it was. Meeting and fighting another immortal demon king - how many are there? - and seeing Perugius in action was already a lot. And then we have the after credit scene... Oh I do worry... What will cause the turning point? Perugius turning against us? Orsted coming for a cup of tea? Nanahoshi imploding from that plant?

There you go everyone you got more scenes with Eris. She just fused with Rem and Shion and went insane no worries. At least she is faithful and will keep you forever unable to die... No love the VA and animation but hate the character herself. I hate all meat heads but shes just the thickest skulled of meat heads to ever be a dumbass in power or position.

I do not think we were ever told a total number of Demon Kings. But the LN by this point had explained that they are basically govenors of each region of the demon continent and Kishirika Kirishi or whatever is the Emperoress because she's married to the Emperror. Thus in her adult form she would have the most authority... but yeah as you can see she currently is not and looks almost nothing like her adult form and so is ignored as a smelly cat lady of the demon continent.

You know what, maybe Zanoba should hook up with Atofe. He can't get hurt by her, and she will always regenerate if he hurts her by accident. The perfect couple! ... Wait, no. She's already married with a kid. Maybe she is like Rudy and is okay with multiple husbands?
