Yay, was waiting for your reaction. Craziest thing is that this arc is only getting better from this point onwards. Edit 1: The whole thing with the episode last week is that there both was and wasn't one. The episode was scheduled for 2 weeks ago, but a sports event prevented it from being shown in Japanese TV. This meant it also wasn't supposed to air on crunchyroll, but crunchyroll only got that info pretty much when they aired it, so it was available for a short time before they took it down. That was enough time for other sites to grab the files, though. So you were able to see last episode 2 weeks ago, but no new episode last week, whereas the regular viewers didn't get an episode 2 weeks ago, but got one last week.

This whole arc is just a ton of fun, and I love it! Genuinely Iruma is one of the only series where no matter what, you are guarenteed to have a good time, which is something I think why this works so well. Also I'm not too sure whether it'll be next episode's cliffhanger, but if it is I'll be crying with laughter at the reactions!

Azz and Clara are playing into all the Japanese New Years sort of stereotypes such as kotatsu and the Osechi Ryori bento boxes. The Evidol Games also are reminiscent of the K Pop Idol's Idol Star Athletics Championships which is basically Olympics but K-Pop idols competing. Good thing for Lied his chances of getting recognized are still pretty low given Iruma, Clara, and Azz have gotten away thus far.
