My thoughts and feelings on this show. Is that I would put it around the level of Skeleton knight. In that it’s a decent show, and I think that more than one season more would push it. Unless they did some major rework on how the story is structured. Because as you mentioned about power scaling issues with these type of stories. I already show signs of that this season. As first he did defeat a demon lord. Then a vampire high lord, who had command over a bunch of other vampires. Later on we had a couple of vampire high lords with armies of vampires under their command. Who the high lords themselves seemed to be working under the avatar of a dark god. I think you don’t need to be a genius to see that they have upped the stakes through out this story so far.

The art inconsistencies inside of that church was big especially with our pope queen. As not only was her forehead in various sizes. The blood running down on the side of her head also was cut away in the next scene. Which does not make much sense as she refused to take care of her wound. And instead focus on doing her holy magic, so to see it just disappear. I disliked as it seemed like the production seemed weak for this final

Okay, it's last episode and they really had to butchered it on that dark god. I can see they really had to do something with the limited budget or short schedule. I think this show should have been treated more like farming life in another world, because even in the manga, this dark god doesn't feel like it was supposed to be the end game type thing, it's just another boss he walks through. But I do get it's the end of the season and they had to make it something. Don't get the show wrong, I really enjoyed the manga, but again I feel like should have been treated like farming life. Still enjoy it but the dark god battle feels very sloppy. Also the hug straight away with no animation, just people standing around with only mouth and head moving was funny🤣If they make season 2 I hope they treat it like farming life. I only read a little bit pass the dark god, so I don't know if there's supposed to be bigger boss that season 2 can build up to, but this season didn't go as far as I thought it would. Still enjoyed it🗿

I do agree the holy magic really does look bad, like the dark God got weak sauce🤣 on her shield dome😭

Alright, just finished it. Maybe I might have remembered it wrong, but I think Philly know it was Luck when he used some high level magic, rather than her saying it in front of Luck at the house by the end? might be just me, or small changes they did. But yeah, the dark god battle aside, the rest is pretty good🗿

But I already skipped skeleton knight. I guess for the sake of time management, I personally will have to sit out more shows and reactions for the next season.
