It for sure is mixed feelings when the general feels bad for thinking that his homie Zettour. Would assassinate him as he even feel ashamed when he had all right to feel that way😓

Also funny Tanya with that drawing as it really looked like something a girl of her age would draw. But it was a bit creepy that being X changed his smile

To be real the only characters in Tanya’s crew that I would be sad if died. Would be either Sereb or the blond dude Grantz. As I kind of ship them after watching season 1

SheepReaper

I was convinced until we saw the funeral that Rudersdorf still survived somehow. Ngl, kinda pissed, this has ramifications for Isekai Quartet, the true canon of this universe. I'm convinced by now that Being X is in love with Tanya. True God or not, he's demonstrated the ability to warp reality, he could absolutely end Tanya if he wanted to, unless there's some deeper reason that he can't. I prefer to think that he just doesn't want to. He literally does not care about the lives of anyone in this universe, and you could argue that he stepped in again via the unexpected attack, possibly to "help" Tanya, or just to keep the torture going, idk. This is how he gets his entertainment. It's sadistic, but hey, it's a god-like, so... Tl;dr: if being x was genuinely annoyed, Tanya would be dead. Thus this is a game to him, and Tanya is his toy.

Yeah this show I think is telling us that being X is the true villain. Based on how he keeps the war going just to mess with Tanya. As he is so petty in that because Tanya refused to acknowledge him as a god in his last life. Which is funny as there he complained about being over worked. Yet he spend quite a bit of time in this world. Just to influence things so that Tanya will have a worse life. Until he has filled her with enough faith that she is a devout believer. Also Isekai quartet was not that confirmed in season 3. That they were copies of themselves where their doubles influence them as their stories went on?

SheepReaper

I didn't think it was very clear which way the influence went. If IQ is affected by the respective canon, then something happens to Rudersdorf next season. If IQ is the one doing the influencing, then something happens next season in IQ, where Rudersdorf leaves voluntarily or something. I prefer to think the influence is bidirectional, but either way, I'm worried that something major will happen to Rudersdorf next season.

Didrik Svahn

Yeah they theorized in season 3, about that the influencing might go both ways. But this is interesting to see how things have been affected in the next season of Isekai quartet. As maybe Rudersdorf is getting fired then from the school?

Next season, Tanya applies to and gets rejected by an Art Academy, kickstarting her descent into the actual "Tanya the Evil". (She also grows a Charlie Chaplin mustache)

Darthwin Wright

The interesting thing about her plan is that it closely mirrors the ploy she used during a training exercise, where she was ambushed without reinforcements and put in just enough effort to ensure no one would question whether she tried her best.

Noname Noface

I am not certain that Tanya could have kept up the shield for long. And even if she could keep up with that shot I do not think she could have tanked another one. Nevertheless, even if she could, she ultimately chose not to, and have the general killed.
