Screw you, show! That cliffhanger is evil! But we're only on episode 4, so there's no way we lose our MC. Peeps saving the day seems unlikely, especially since he's outside that pocket dimension (although maybe he noticed Sasaki's mana pool draining?). The wish seems to be more likely, but Abbadon was already struggling before. In any case, the neighbor kid seems to fall more and more for Sasaki. Not good, but understandable. My big hope is that she learns you can love someone in a non romantic way. I would genuinely like it if Sasaki could adopt her. She needs a healthy family environment and Sasaki if father material.

Wow, the voice actress really went all out on this one, screaming for him at the end. Well maybe the wish could save him. Or Pi-Chan? Could he notice something isn't right and cound he already started hurrying to the place? I would prefer us getting saved by Pi-Chan.

It'll be interesting to see how they resolve it. My money is on Peeps either noticing or being contacted and popping in. I could see the neighbor girl learning that she can reverse the life drain and prop Sasaki-san up with that. But with the characters that have been added, anything could go.
