Nah, hes had other stuff going on. To be fair the book can also just instacast spells if used as a focus. But mostly hes just been busy lmao.

The former. He'll get to it later. But he has abilities he can use any time and she doesnt. Thats the only power he can easily give so thats what he gave her. Plus since he doesnt have time to learn it might as well let her work.

Honestly its the perfect tool to pass around to those he trusts. Might even draw the Ancient ones attention which could lead to learning more Sorcery
