Trying something new here. I've been toying with the idea of consequences for Kai's dimensional shenanigans for a while now, and when I was considering how to tie it into Hidan this was what I came up with. I have some VERY fun ideas, if people are open to them, but if this is a bridge too far I have a few ways to walk it back, so I'll see how people react.

Edit:response over on QQ has been VERY firmly against so that doesnt seem like it'll be happening lol.

I feel like it's a bit too much. I dont know how to explain it. Its like... naruto is an already fully made salad, your character came in and changed the contents of that salad but didn't mess it up or add a bunch of new ingredients to make it bigger. But now it's like you took ranch dressing or something, and it's like you're trying to fill holes other ingredients should be lin with it. Thats probably a bad explanation, but it's what I got.

Lol its fine. I didnt commit to it, was just playing with the concept. The reaction seems to be majorly negative so it probably isnt going to happen.

Well that's not concerning at all. Makes me wonder what would happened if Hidan encountered Isshiki/the Kara group. Or what Black Zetsu thinks of this sudden divergence of his plan.

I like it, it makes sense that he's destabilizing the dimensional barrier

It feels like something that would come out as part of one of the movies and wouldn't be close to canon but would be interesting to watch once. But it is out of left field. If he is poking holes in the veil between worlds with each summon I suspect Hidan would be much stronger as result with new tricks, but summon a full demonic monster with no lead up and instead is a big boss is kind of sudden without having seen any other side effects prior like say warnings from other summons.

I mean it definitely isnt the big boss. If Jashin is Khorne the creature would be a Bloodletter or something. A minor monster with room to work up. But like I said it doesnt seem like that'll happen.
