After making my little agreement with the Ruler, the other Quantum Beings finally begin to step forward and join in on the agreement as well. With each one promising to assist in their own ways.

Honestly, it’s rather nice not having any Quantum Beings trying to kill me anymore.

The Vanguard even said that he won’t bother me again. Although he also added that he will occasionally check in to make sure I’m keeping up with my scythe training.

So I guess he really does think of me as a disciple or something now. Despite it being his clone from the past that trained me and not him directly.

Anyway, the Quantum Scribe will be writing things out so that they will be more likely to move in a way we want. The Quantum Archon will be doing every bit of research he can to learn as much as he can about the corruption and the Corrupted One. Meanwhile the Quantum Creator, Quantum Builder, and Quantum Cleaner will be in charge of handling the aftermath of galaxies that have already had their corrupted creatures dealt with by me, the Quantum Ruler, and the Quantum Vanguard.

Lastly, the Quantum Architect, Zal, will be acting as strategy and communications between us. Almost like a headquarters we all can connect to for better communication when we’re across the universe from each other.

With all of that in mind, my only responsibility right now is to go out, hunt corrupted creatures, and level up both myself and my skills as much as I can before the Corrupted One recovers and returns.

It’s a pretty simple plan on my side of things. And I like that simplicity.

Once we all have a plan set up, we all split up to head our own ways. Each of us moving to follow said plan.

I personally head straight to the frontlines at the edge of the Dimensional Grid. All while looking at my list of skills currently equipped.

But I find myself rather shocked when I do. Because there are several new skills that I’ve never seen before on the list.

What’s more is that these skills are all labeled as having been obtained at levels I know for sure I didn’t get them.

Did completing my core secretly unlock these new skills or something…?

That’s convenient if it’s the case. And even if it isn’t, it’s still nice to have these skills.

Especially since they’re very powerful.

The skills include four passive skills and four active skills. All of which are easily powerful enough to overwhelm most of my other skills. Except my Racial Skills and the skills I got from devouring.

I smile while looking at the passive skills.

{Quantum Superimposition: Attacks against the user have a small chance of attacking a different, nonexistent version of the user from another parallel space. Thereby dealing no damage to the user.}

{The Reaper: The user’s stats passively and permanently go up by a small amount with every death the user witnesses.}

{Potential Harvest: Every being slain by the user will have their unrealized possibilities harvested as energy that the user can then use temporarily to empower their own skills. This harvested energy will vanish over time, with the exact amount of time the energy lasts depending on the being the energy is from.}

{Soul of the Reaper: The user’s soul no longer paralyzes them when it reaches zero.}

These will all need testing.

The active skills are also incredibly good too.

{Wavefunction Collapse: Once used, the user directly forces a single possible outcome amongst numerous different possible outcomes to happen.}

{Entanglement Severance: Allows the user to temporarily sever all entanglements of a single target. This will completely block the target from healing, regenerating, linking with others in any way, receiving buffs, and summoning or creating others for a period of time.}

{Potential Reaping: Allows the user to reap a potential beneficial action undertaken by the target in the near future for their own benefit.}

{Causality Severance: Allows the user to temporarily sever the causality connecting a target with one of their powers.}

Of course, their levels are pretty low since I just got them. But the skills themselves are incredible.

I definitely just found the skills I’ll be focusing on leveling up to Ascendance Tier over the next few years.

A grin begins to spread across my face at this thought.

These skills will also be very useful in facing the Corrupted One. The Reaper should be particularly powerful in letting me grow stronger at a much faster speed as I harvest the stats of all the corrupted creatures I kill on the frontlines.

It’ll still vary a bit depending on just how much of their stats I harvest, but this skill should let me catch up to the other Quantum Beings in power over these next few years.

Honestly, without it, I’m not quite sure how I would catch up to them soon enough to face the Corrupted One.

This answers that perfectly.

Soul of the Reaper will be incredibly useful as well. Since, while I don’t die if soul reaches zero just like normal people don’t die from HP hitting zero, I do still get paralyzed until it is no longer at zero. But Soul of the Reaper will counter that.

With this new skill, my soul hitting zero will just mean that I won’t be naturally regenerating until it is no longer zero. And I won’t have any soul to empower my attacks either.

Neither of which are a very big deal to me. Not when I usually heal from using the energy in my surroundings and in the Quantum Realm anyway. Not my natural regeneration.

And the same goes for using soul as energy. I can just use the energy around me in the air to fight.

This new skill will change a lot for me. Specifically making it so that I don’t have to worry about smaller hits that will shave off soul anymore.

Now I just need to test out all of these new skills. Then I can begin my leveling spree.
