Hey guys, sorry to ping you all but I just had an anonymous exit survey come in after cancelling their sub because they did not receive their benefits. :( If that is you, please email me (feyspeaker@gmail.com) or DM me on here because that should absolutely not happen.

I pack all print club orders for the month on the last week, and pull addresses from my export list in the early morning on the 1st of the next month to make sure I catch everyone.

Every single print club member should receive an email to their Patreon email address with tracking within a few days of the first of the next month. For example, I pulled addresses yesterday morning for June and did labels, all emails at this time should be out by today.

There are some rare instances where payments for the month don't clear until a few weeks into the next month, and I try to catch those where I can and check on them later to see if they have gone through as these people are listed as declined members. I also have had some issues with Patreon not exporting addresses if pledges are downgraded mid-month. (Not always)

If EVER you are supposed to receive a print club pack and you do not, either because the tracking indicates your package is lost, or you do not receive tracking info within the first week of the next month, PLEASE reach out to me.

I do not want anyone missing out on their benefits. Unfortunately Patreon has several weird bugs that I have been told they are "trying to fix" but it can cause people to get missed in the system. I do my best to be diligent and catch what I can, but please also try to keep an eye on your inbox each month for the tracking info!

Also, if you are not interested in the additional things like polls/downloads/etc, you are welcome to stay a free member here to see themes for each month, and subscribe to my print club via my storefront where it's a little simpler and fee-free: https://subscribe.bigcartel.com/feyspeaker

Thank you so much.
