As there has been a recent surge in Patreon subscribers (thank you!) let me ask you about which FPGA model you are using. Select as many as you own. Note that multiple choice may only work through a web browser.

Comments

Filip Kindt

Mmh you can only select one item

Filip Kindt

Strange. Indeed when I come back to the poll it allows multiple selections.

ElloMrChris

Are you using the app? I had the same problem. It eventually let me choose several options.

Filip Kindt

Yes indeed the app on Android

Mathieu HERVAIS

You need to use a web browser to select multiple items, the Patreon app only lets you select one. I am using MiSTer and the Analogue Pocket.

PAUL G

Analogue Pocket here 🙋‍♂️

Sergio Serrano

You can select only one. Time to fix it.

mpatou

Pocket as well

Tilman O.

read the other posts above your comment. with a browser you can select multiple options. pocket and og mist for me

sromero

MiSTer (x2 units) here, and also zxuno just for Sinclair ZX Spectrum.

Brett Nicol

MiSTer only, Would be nice if Pocket had its own section in Discord too

Big Al.

I just had the pocket, but it drove me to buy a mister FPGA, so I'm just getting used to that , loving it so far, thanks for your hard work

Pezz82

It didn't let me choose all that apply

Decider-VT

MiSTer first, Pocket a distant second. Disappointed that Analogue's more capable consoles won't be supporting the "open FPGA" cores.

Allen Tipper

MiSTer x2, Pocket x1. Love both.

Ronald Dean

MOSTLY mister. A bit of pocket.

JOTEGO

Apparently the Patreon app does not allow multiple choice. Web browsers do.

JOTEGO

I hope they change their mind about it

evilsim

Jotego for king :) but seriously you are worthy thanks for all you have done (and do!) Multiple Mister and newly Analogue Pocket owner here

sromero

What I see here is that there's many of us having x2 or x3 MiSTers...

dz9

Pockets have been shipping and I’m seeing a lot more action in the online communities.

Tony Vo

Mister and pocket here

Mark Saunders

I’m not keen on handhelds I tried gaming on gameboy in 92,wasn’t for me 😆. Love my mister

Chris Glover

I own a mister & pocket, but honestly any FPGA that it works on it is good with me. Spread the love 😉

Abel Bueno

Not a frequent participant in the comments, but just wanted to leverage this poll to say thanks to you and the team for the fantastic preservation work you are doing.

ronalvel .

Mister for my Arcade.

troy coberly

Primarily on the MiSTer. However, I plan to pick up MARs and a Pocket in the future.

David Fleetwood

MiSTer & Pocket currently, but strongly considering MARs if they deliver what they are promising.

Johan Smolinski

3x MiSTer, MiST and ZX Next. However, mainly using MiSTer for Jotego cores. Considering a Pocket and keeping an eye on the MARS.

Bastiaan van Hamersveld

Mister/Pockey/ZXNext But no need to have all cores everywhere. Mars will be my next HW purchase for sure.

Isra T.G.

OpenFPGA Pocket here!

Mr. Pippet

Mister and Pocket baby

robinmasters

@jotego what is position regarding #marsfpga?

Romey-Yo

Pocket Power!!

Tarik A.

Pocket all the way. I'd die for a Parodius core with multiplayer!

Blue Abs

Multiple MiSTers

Filip Kindt

2 Misters & Analog Pocket & looking forward to the MARS for cores that go beyond the capability of MiSTer & Analog Pocket

Tonch

MiSTer and a Pocket!

singularwit

Own the 'Analogue Pocket' and love it! Considering a MISTer for broader core support especially Sega Saturn. Would love to see cores that could run Raider Fighters and Raiden Fighters Jet.

Robert

Analogue Pocket.

James Miller

Own a Pocket and love it, am very curious about the new Mars FPGA project as well…

shawn

Only MiSTer atm. Will probably do the Mars thing in the future if it isn’t crazy expensive

Chris Galgon

MiSTer. I have a Pocket but don't use it.

HawkManHawk

I've only got an Analogue Pocket right now, but soon as the Mars FPGA project releases that will be a day one purchase for me.

Joseph Milazzo

Please go back to the MiSter...Seems like the past few months have been going towards the pocket more :-/

Tatton Partington

We have both a MiSTer and a Pocket, so technically we use both sets of cores. I voted MiSTer because that is our primary platform. The Pocket mostly stays in the box on a shelf and just gets pulled out every now and then to run updates and see if anything big has changed.

Gillaxian

Mister only for me. Not interested in the Pocket and their closed source policy and scarcity tactics, and the Mars creator is a dick, so that’s out. If standardized dual ram is the future of mister, I’ll be happy to upgrade. But I’m sticking to the Mister for the foreseeable future.

Dr Tenma

MiSTer and Pocket

Jason Nagy

MiSTer x3 for me I am also planning to be a MARS FPGA day 1 user.

Halla

MiSTer FPGA

TheVoiceOver

MiSTer and Pocket.. Want in game save on items, I’m handicap and need tools like this for my abilities to enjoy games more..

Chris Munch

I have a Pocket and a MiSTer, but never use the MiSTer - but will sooner or later get around to it.

Gabriel S

Pocket only for me, I have a vast cartridge collection so Mister never really appealed to me. Recently subscribed to support all the pocket cores being released and get beta access!

Paradroyd

I have two MiSTers, a MiST, and a Pocket. Not really interested in new cores on the MiST unless they can be easily back ported..I really just use that occasionally for Amiga and STe stuff. Most interested in MiSTer, and to a slightly lesser degree, the Pocket.

Mane Function

Thinking of buying a MARS in the future, can you, please, tell me what’s wrong with MARS creator?

Gillaxian

He’s been berating, banning and blocking people for asking simple questions about Mars. Probably impatience answering the same questions, but that could be easily remedied with a FAQ page or just more information released. The guy just gut reacts with toxicity, shooting himself in the foot by blocking not only potential customers but also content creators that could be giving him free press. It’s a red flag, if that’s how he reacts to simple questions, imagine the customer service after people have already bought it.

Girth305

MiSTer, Pocket, and MARS.

Angelo Kanaris

Mister FPGA x 3... and MARS when it hopefully comes out.

Andrea Bogazzi

i use mister and i have a pocket, but i care mostly for cores on mister.

Mane Function

That’s terrible, thanks for the explanation!

Sean

The pocket is fun (I do have one), but Analogue released the duo and the N64 clone (well pre order) and no OpenFPGA. They do not seem to be interested in OpenFPGA on any other platform besides the Pocket. You have to be lucky enough to get one at a normal price (or pay twice as much on eBay) since Pocket is in limited supply. How can you have products that are really great from a company that does not care about customers. At least you can get DE-10 nano.......I would concentrate on MiSTer then Pocket, and possibly Mars.

JOTEGO

I work on all platforms at the same time for beta cores. It is usually no extra work. The Pocket betas of MiSTer cores do not delay development of new cores on the MiSTer but actually support it.

Plop Slop

I have a pocket and the collectorvision phoenix. its open but no one ever develops for it

Pat Jones

MiSTer and Pocket. Definitely not interested in shelling out $700 for MARS.

JOTEGO

I like the case! But it looks like the system has no memory other than the internal one to the FPGA, which won't be enough to replicate systems older than 1983 or so.

kazu

i have only analogue pocket for me

kazu

impossible choice in question

SlickSloth

MiSTer is mainly what I play arcade cores on because for me playing on a CRT feels the most authentic, but also have a Pocket. Will definitely not be picking up MARS for $700 when there's still so much untapped potential on the MiSTer.

Chris Ryan

Was getting the pocket for me in the recent translucent drop. I had been toying with getting a Mister for a while but never pulled the trigger on it.

Joseph Milazzo

I love you don't get me wrong, but a lot of people don't know that. Thank you for clearing that up for me. When I was a kid in elementary school... Fridays were pizza friday. They've been Jotego Fridays for the last few years now <3

Rettifilo Ascari

I've only had the Pocket for a week, but it has quickly become my favorite gaming device. The work you've done on cores is incredible and I am here to support your further development for the Analogue Pocket!

Esben Hardenberg

MiSTer x 2 and a Pocket here. Love all the stuff you are putting out, but MiSTer is where my heart is 😌

Timothee Groleau

Hi! I'm too late to vote, but I'm on analogue pocket! 😄 Also I wanted to ask (am not sure how to send DMs): is porting Solar Warriors (Xain'd Sleena) by Taito possible?

Jai_AP&D

I use Analogue Pocket, ZX Spectrum Next issue 2.

Ruben

Utilizo analogue Pocket, como molaria un Core de Sharp X68000 para ella
