Alright, alright. I'll be back. I need a couple of shots of Monastery Brothers wine to get in gear for this group cleansing. Where is my singing bowl???

Do you think and feel things? Your not alone! Seriously, screw these people. That's $600 Australian...sweet jesus. That's so so bad. Oh I hate them so much.

Loving the air guitar with grimace 😬

Someone with so much wealth and mobility - able to jump on a plane to follow their dreams at the drop of a hat , on a whim REALLY has no right to be advising people who are NOT MOVIE STARS what to do when they cannot jump on Plane to follow their dreams but suffer from social and economic inequality that they cannot get out of . This arrogance is beyond infuriating !

Given that McConaughey and his team spent a whole *nine days* on this content, I feel it's a bit churlish to be so dismissive.

Watching this makes me yearn for the days when acting was considered a lowly profession peopled by fools and charlatans who had to scrape a living travelling from place to place, begging for an audience. Mind you, it’s like people who take vaccine advice from Joe Rogan. If you’re getting medical advice from a man whose main skillset includes shouting and getting punched in the face, maybe you’re the problem. And if you’re taking paid life advice from an actor? Likewise.

This is worse than I could have possibly imagined. And, to be crystal clear, I imagined really, really, really bad.

When I got the email about this, I was hoping OR DREADING that this was an actual follow-up episode about Matthew McConaughey. Realising this is just the video edit, I'm disappointed and relieved in equal measures.

Sincerely, I don't get why he can't do his lectures on YouTube and get the platform money instead of this grifty bollocks. It would be less distasteful. Cillian Murphy would never.

The art of talking and saying nothing. Amazing!

Years ago I saw him on the Mikhaila Peterson podcast (probably to promote his book) and I was so confused. But I think the picture is becoming clearer. It’s so interesting how the self improvement actors form this ecosystem - I think it works because generally people who get captured into one, are more prone to try more. It’s a bit of a dopamine rush that’s being sold. And you gotta switch up the medicine every now and then.

It is said: "When the Disciple is ready, the Guru shall appear" -- so not this evening, then, obviously. When? Algorithm? When? 🙄🍌
