Methylene blue (MB) treats fish by acting as an antifungal, antiparasitic, and antibacterial agent, protecting eggs and treating external infections like Ich (Ichthyophthirius), while also acting as an oxygen booster to combat nitrite/cyanide poisoning, helping fish transport oxygen when stressed or injured. It's a versatile, traditional treatment for general health, wounds, and preventing fungal issues, but should be used carefully in display tanks as it can harm beneficial bacteria and plants. I did not know people were using it until now. So I looked it up. People on SSRIs or ADHD medications should not use it. So as a therapist now I have to screen for that as well. 🤦🏻‍♀️

I think you guys underestimate the guru-ocity of Mike isratael, he is straight up the Eric weinstein of the fitness industry. He gives terrible and sometimes dangerous advice about training that is designed to sound reasonable and smart to uninformed beginners. He also promotes steroid use and plastic surgery regularly. Not to mention he straight up thinks chat gpt is his friend and had talked about the intense emotional response he feels when chatgpt tells him how cool and smart he is. Also he sells his own programs and equipment and all that. He belongs on the list of gurus hands down
