Illness feels like it goes then comes back then goes then comes back

It crazy, worst ive ever had, and i eat healthy and I am unvaccinated and i take vitamins so it must be really bad to fk me up like this,

I need to stay in bed and recover now, getting up to sit on pc all the time is just making it worse, i'll be back in about 3 or 4 days
