Getting better, I believe what I had was some version of E-Coli - I don't go to doctors because I don't trust them and they just want to ram needless medications down your neck that usually causes more problems than it fixes.

I am just beginning to slowly eat now and able to keep certain things down, this has been the worst ilness of my life, I barely ever get sick and have a pretty decent diet, i got a bunch of vitamins yesterday as well and taking them it's giving me a boost, about to order some organic Kefir as well which should help flush it right out.

It was like I got better and felt better, then each night I would crash again and my temp would be off the charts, Could not eat and had no energy, being sick all the time and a persistant cough that just wouldn't stop. I could not sleep, was getting an hour or 2 at a time. I feel a lot better now but it's still not fully away.

I am thankful to those of you who have been patient. I feel when I get better i will have the energy of a lion. Felt cooked up for so long now.
