Announcement: Had a health scare which caused the delay. (Patreon)

Very sorry for vanishing without any warning, but I hoped to have a little more information before I said anything. But it looks like I'm going to have to wait a bit longer for those answers.
To preface this -- I've been feeling a bit off for a couple of months now, with some stomach issues. It came to ahead on Sunday night and I had to take a trip to the ER. I am fine, they gave me some medication, and I'm making appointments to determine what exactly is the issue but we do know the most likely cause.
Stress.
My doctor told me that I really need to look to cutting out sources of stress, or this could be the start of a bad road health wise.
I have decided to take that advice and apply it in a number of ways.
As many of you know, I have maintained a full time job in addition to writing. I kept it because I never had much trouble balancing both, so it seemed smart to keep Patreon as the side gig. But, it has become clear that I can't balance them as well as I thought I could. The past few months at work have been an unmitigated shit show where everything that could possibly go wrong not only went wrong, but in the most spectacular fashion. As such, it has accounted for a good 90% of my stress levels, so in the next month or so, I will be quitting my job.
I don't really know the effect that will have on my patron, but they will probably be good things.
Additionally, because work has gotten completely out of hand, my backlog has gotten to thin to nonexistent for some of my stories. Which it a bit problem for me as I like to bounce between stories so I always come into them feeling fresh. I like to have a backlog of about ten chapters or so, which allows me to bounce around and give me time to write some snippets on the side so the creative juices are always flowing. However, for the past sixish months, I've been down to the wire and sometimes finish chapters the day before they are posted.
Which is a pretty big cause of stress for me. So, I'm going to look to get my backlog where it should be, which means you probably won't see an explosion of content on the patreon for a bit. Or there could be a time where I suspend payments for a month and just write my little heart out. It completely depends on what the test results reveal and what treatment is nessecary. At this stage, I have no idea, which is why I wanted to wait until I had more information.
On that same general note -- I am rethinking the Monday slot a bit. I like the idea of alternating between Best of Intentions and A Golden Path, but I have come to dislike how I approached it. It's caused confusion pretty much from day one and, while it was a decent way to stretch out my backlog, that has become a moot point since there is no backlog to speak of for either story.
As such, going forward, there will be the tradional 4 updates for each story when they are posted. So, instead of 2 chapters for each story on Monday, it would work like this: Monday 1, 4 chapters of AGP are uploaded in addition to the public chapter. On Monday 2, 4 chapters of BoI are uploaded. They still alternate, but otherwise, they are the same as my other stories.
And I think that's everything. Sorry again for going silent without warning, but I only got the call today about my initial test results. I didn't know what kind of news I was going to get, and I wanted to have at least some answers before I posted anything, if that makes sense. I will keep you all informed if the situation changes.
