LUCIFER 6X9 ~ ''GOODBYE, LUCIFER'' ~ Extended Reaction.mp4

This ending...here's my explanation but it does involve a spoiler for the next episode so I'll be careful. Le Mec when inhabited by Dan, knew about Rory, Lucifer's daughter because they talked about her in the Penthouse . When Le Mec escaped from prison it occurred to me that although Maze and Lucifer had killed many of his team involved in the stolen artifacts etc, that Le Mec was a well known mercenary who I am sure had many many contacts in the criminal world. I believe he would have lurked in the shadows, mugged some innocents, stole phones, cash and credit cards and used the phone to make contacts and gather a group to help him in his plan. One character to be seen next episode seems to know more about Rory, Lucifer maybe etc so was either connected to one of those killed in episode 15 of season 5, or accepted all that Le Mec explained. Powerful drugs could be used to subdue Rory who is only half angel so capture is possible. (see episode 10) I also think that Le Mec would have hung around LUX in the shadows of the alleys outside, watched and waited for Rory who likely would pop back to Lux or the penthouse. Le Mec was devious, clever, and had all the access to a network of criminals probably ready to serve him especially if he promised them money- mercenaries after all! I like that the writers didn't show us how all this might have happened and other fans can make up their own theories. It makes the reveal with the phone call more shocking if we haven't already seen her capture and know what is coming. After watching this episode I also thought- what,, how? Rory is a bad ass angel (well half angel so maybe she has her weak points) but being a logical person I began to think actually, how this could have happened. I think what we know of Le Mec from season 5, he is likely the only one who could pull this off and also he is struggling with whatever Luci said to him in season 5bepisode 15, I'm sure and has found a way to get his revenge by using Rory. In the end it all began to make sense to me, after I had seen episode 10. I think that is what is so good about this episode, the goodbyes are heartbreaking and the panic room scene is beautiful and the ending is shocking- a cliff hanger and we don't have all the answers. It is like a big puzzle and we don't know how it is going to end. I LOVED it!
