I know there's important stuff going on, and I love the dialogue, but FUCK me Lucky looks so good in that 1st panel on the 4th page 😭I love the potential visual change of his fur, not only making him look even more handsome, also signifies potentially the beginning of him beginning to stand up for himself and become a non-asshole version of his alternate universe self

At first I was scared Nova was to be revealed as another example of a "follow your stereotypical role" character after feigning kindness cause of the "don't remind me of Dark Type" line, but damn she really is locked in as the best Mon in the series for me...beside Alexandra just cause she looks awesome lol

My thoughts on Nova have kinda complicated but I think the flaws im finding with her (unintentional or otherwise) are lending to a more fleshed out version of her archetype. She's not a perfect leader or protector or friend, but she's trying things a older sister might and thats grounding i think. 8/10
