I personally don't think you are right in the Mark & Jennifer stuff. He's not blaming her, but there are some nuances there, when she takes the job with the Judge without telling Mark, she's breaking the news to him like she did it for revenge (no smile, no excitement just resentment), and her taking the job 200 miles away it's different than Mark taking a promotion in the same place he's worked for years (not really a different job). Second, at this point Jen is resentful of Mark and she's issuing ultimatums - like leave your job and move to Milwaukee or it's not going to work and i'm leaving you! While he's trying to offer a compromise with that location halfway were they both can commute. That's not the blame game. She's the one who doesn't want to commute at all (not even 1h each way - which is really nothing - it takes me that long to go from the city centre to the suburbs where i live now). It's not on Mark - I am not saying Jen's got no reason to be upset but she's the one walking out on the marriage and giving up, let's be clear on that. And it's not because of some irreconcilable differences - at this point she's just fully resentful and honestly (I know it's not a spoiler since you're already on season 2 - she's already cheating on him at this point) she's just giving up because she wants to

Maybe I miss understood the situation. Was she cheating on him? I thought they were already separated when he found out about he and the other guy. The thing I always go back to in this is that Mark had agreed that it was her time now. He did everything he wanted to, and now that he accomplished that, it was her turn to move forward with the her career. It’s not really fair that he’s like, welllll wait never mind because I have this promotion opportunity now. I don’t think it’s that she’s not wanting to make it work, I think it’s that considering he already went back on what they agreed from the start she can’t possibly see it ever working now.
