FIRST!!!

Yuma Nanami

I laugh a bit to think all Nen Trainers walk around with glass cups in their pack. Also I never thought about Kurupika and Leorio being far apart on the Nen ring and butting heads. Great observation 👍

Limini

kurapika the goatttt

Æther Paradox

First. I love that HXH has such good character writing that we have entire arcs of episodes without needing the “MC” because everyone is the MC In as far as Nen proficiency, all I will say is: when Gon and Killua got the box, nen was the last thing they tried. Kurapika, when faced with a challenge/threat IMMEDIATELY drew his chains instead of his swords. At the very least Kirapika is more conscious of his nen.

Limini

gon and killua at the end was so cute. lil bestiessss

Scarecrow

I dont think they mention this in the anime, but Kurapika is actually wearing conatcts to hide the colour of his eyes. So the guy didnt actually see his eyes turn red, that was more for the viewer, a bit confusing on how the anime did it.

StorytellerDave

Its HunThursday! I like getting more Kurapika backstory. I think Kenny and Montana forgot that Kurapika basically already had aura when he got mad during the exam. He may not be a prodigy like Gon and Killua, but he definitely has something special.

Yuma Nanami

It is mentioned in later episodes, but yes right now it's confusing

Gdawg88

There are people at large who need to be chained to hell🗣️🗣️🗣️🙌🙌🙌😩 Kurapika be dropping 🔥🔥

Erin Ryan

That poem guy reminds me so much of Killer Bee from Naruto. Beating people up while writing some fire lines

Jinchuriki87

Kurapika is a straight up UNIT and I can't WAIT for yall to see his full capabilities!!!

cade-carter

he also has at least 2 more months of training

Franina

“You can’t conjure a sword that can cut through anything. That’s impossible”. “Says who” ummm the power system. Every power system has rules. If there were no limits or rules for a power system then anybody would just be able to do anything. Also I think you guys give Gon and Killua too much credit. They’re still kids who just learned Nen. We just learned Nen and we haven’t met many powerful Nen besides hisoka. You guys haven’t even scratched the surface of power and you guys put Gon and Killua on a pedestal as far as power. Yes they move at a faster pace than most people but Killua was already a trained assassin and wing said that gon’s environment is why gon is the way he is as far as raw talent. So everything gon and Killua have been doing up until now has been a product of their environment and how they grew up. They are special but not that special.

Muna Adan

Ugh this is my favorite arc, Kurapika is so cool and when he reveals the chains 10/10 anime moment

Azzy Drem

"Mutton Chops" Jay, Poet of Shlatt

Alec Forte

Kurapika is the best character in the show without a doubt

Joe Dunams

He has always had that rage when it comes to the Phantom Troupe and his fallen brethren. Remember he said his greatest fear isn't death but that his rage would subside over time.

Insecure Classroom

Kurapika is the kind of dude to go from nobody to lvl 100 Mafia Boss.

Mary Baker

Kurapika really does get cooler each time he’s on screen.

LabyrinthSouls

Ooooooh we are still a way off from it but kurapikas full power reveal is SO SIIIIIIICK

patricia jimjimcherie

Kurapika is my 2nd favorite character. I love him so much. He's been my favorite after Hisoka since I was 8.

Bdflames

kurapika is always wearing contacts, so the bit of glowing we see is just to let us know its happening not that others are seeing it, its been confusing though so i totally get why thats not your first thought

Luís

Kenny: "Maybe his chains will keep stretching, and when someone tries to grab it, then it dissipates." Thinking like an actual hunter!

Danny's Mod

guys they met wing not by coincidence, it was all set up from the chairmen, they litterly told you that when gon and killua graduated, so no its not random, everyone got a teacher to learn about Nen

MysticTyrant

It's tradition for veterans to rookie hunters nen if they come across them

wilma

the fact you also thought kurapikas nen master was gene goes to show just why die hard fans also originally thought the same thing

wilma

it definitely wasn't set up by netero, the chairman contacted wing after he had already met gon and killua, wing was already training zushi at heavens arena before gon and killua arrived.

Timothy Heck

…or horrifically maim them like the people in Heavens Arena tried lol

Bryan

Btw when kurapikas eyes are red only we the viewers can see because he has contacts in to hide them you can tell whenever he has them off tho because they are a lot brighter
