David Garcia

Kikoru’s axe broke in episode 3.

David Garcia

She blocked a direct shot from the Number 9 clone they were fighting and it shattered

My vote's still for Castlevania to come after Vox Machina in the fall.

HBelmont67

I really like Kafka and Kikoru's relationship. He really does feel like her dumb uncle sometimes, and seeing him get so mad on her behalf is really sweet.

HBelmont67

Shinonome, the First Division platoon leader with the teal highlights that was sparring with Kikoru, has the same VA as Lucy from Cyberpunk: Edgerunners. Wait a minute . . . blue hair and a mini gun . . . oh jeez, please don't let her be another Jinx. 💙💥😫

Daran Tung

Fun fact the massive nuke attack that K#9 did was the same one that Isao used against it that fucked up his arm in the same way

HBelmont67

I really dig the Hoshi Night Nippons at the end of episodes, but this one was especially interesting. The fact that using their full combat power needs to be approved by the brass is an interesting bit of world-building.

Day

Yes! Like the annoying older uncle or cousin she admires, platonically

Day

Yess! I never watched castlevania but this would be a motivator do finally bring it out of my watchlist haha

HBelmont67

You 100% should. Out of all the shows I watched for the first time this year, Castlevania's my favorite.
