Do NOT do a trailer reaction for the Chainsaw Man movie. Y'all wanna go into this one as blind as you can, trust me. 💥

Gdawg88

Idk if you have mentioned it or not but you guys are modeled after Arnheid and Einar

Tyler Owens

Great reaction, I actually feel this episode was adapted really really well from the dub. I’m not going to lie, this is one of my personal favorites in the series because of what it means to me. I was in a deep depression due to combat related PTSD and felt very similar to Thorfinn here. Einar’s reminder that “someone kept you alive” (or let you live in the dub) rings in my ear almost daily…. A reminder to show gratitude for the life I have, despite the things that have happened in it. To have perspective on all the good things that have actually happened to me. Everyone needs someone like Einar in their life. I’m not kidding when I say this story helped save mine.

Erin Ryan

Thorfinn not knowing when to say thank you because hes never been taught it is so sad. But him thanking Einar for waking him up, showing that he is growing and listening

Gastar805

I'm in agreement with the other guy here. DO NOT watch the trailer for the CSM movie, I wanna see you guys watch that shit blind.

HBelmont67

Any Kaiju No 8 on YouTube today?

Gastar805

Yes, and I'm gonna watch it again, it was fantastic.

HBelmont67

Same, bro. I watched it again in 4DX yesterday, and it was BEAUTIFUL. Without going into spoilers, there was a sequence towards where I literally couldn't stop smiling. 😁

HBelmont67

I saw the similarities with Kenny's and Einar, but I never noticed Montana and Arnheid.

Anyone dismissing this season as Farmland simulator are shonen brained action junkies who can't possibly comprehend that Vinland is about the cycle of violence and not the actual violence itself. Season 1 was action packed, yes and the closest the series comes to being a generic shonen but Season 2 is so, so much better. An actual masterpiece of a season that explores many themes and beliefs. True fans of vinland endearingly refer to season 2 as farmland saga. The truth is, this season is what actually made me fall in love with Vinland.

Tartaros

Yaay, 2 of my first few questions got chosen so far, this is a very clever and fun addition to your show. I'm sure some people have commented before, but it would be great to see your reaction to the endings as well, at least once. Some anime series have just as great endings as openings.

hotdog

Who is this snake 😭

HBelmont67

I know. Chris Sabat is so much better. 😭

Erin Ryan

This guy is still really good Chris Sabat is just too incredible not many can match his skill

Erin Ryan

Einar is like that Doakes meme this episode

Erin Ryan

The detail in the animation is insane Einar and Thorfinns muscles are huge damn

Tyler Owens

“Farmland Saga” is both an accurate description of season 2 and simultaneously slanderous. 🤣

Mortis

Please watch the ending song

Mortis

Please watch the ending songs as well. For this series they are equally good/important

HBelmont67

100% They should NOT be skipping Vinland Saga's, of all shows

bob

Some people lovingly call it farmland saga its not all hate lol

Luke

Please watch this show more it’s so good 🥲

Alejandro

this is episode 4 there is no episode 3 posted right now for some reason

Westy

It's episode 4.

Day

Idk instinct for thorfinn is more of muscle memory I feel. He's beeing fighting since he was 5 and would be more of his body did what it has always done. That doesn't necessarily mean deep down he wants to live, it's just what he's used to doing

Charley Cox

The slow start to this season absolutely killed me man. Talk about a snail's pace :')
