I love seeing you guys get fully introduced to Oikawa’s character, he’s like my second favorite in the show. As for the end, I’d say, go into the show assuming eveyone’s gay until proven otherwise. I don’t think Oikawa x Kageyama is a big ship (Kageyama x Hinata is one of the biggest in the fandom along with Oikawa x Iwaizumi) but you can ship whoever you want.

Kagehina is like my OG, I will always love them (as well as like all of the government ships in Haikyuu, but especially IwaOi and BokuAka), but the fandom is fun because there’s not too much ship infighting. And, I’m sorry, but could you tell me what Oikazuma is? I’ve heard of plenty of Oikawa ships, but this is one I haven’t heard of.

I always headcanoned Oikawa as Bi because he’s had girlfriends in the past, and then his current ship with Iwa-Chan. Also, his eng VA is gay in real life, so that’s cool. ✨

Kageyama X Oikawa just seems like a wildly unhealthy ship to me. I mean I'm not a big fan of enemies to lovers in the first place, but Hinata x Kageyama I at least get because their dynamic is a friendly rivalry where they very clearly get along sometimes and push each other to be better. With Oikawa and Kageyama, there isn't really a rivalry dynamic at all there. Oikawa just straight up hates him.

I’ve never wanted to ship Kageyama and Oikawa myself, I can understand why people do it, it’s just not my cup of tea (kagehina for the win, the friendly rivalry aspect is the reason I love it so much). I think the problem with Oikawa x Kageyama is the fact that they don’t want to get close to each other (or at least, Oikawa doesn’t want to get close to Kags) so I just can’t see any kind of relationship developing, whether it be a something platonic or romantic. I feel like this is the most I’ve talked about shipping under any video 🤣

I love that ‘insufferable setter’ (especially in the manga, but my favorite character is an ‘annoying middle blocker’ that you meet in season three. He’s just so weird and endearing to me. But, like you, Hinata is just always my favorite, but, like, in an ‘I would do anything for him’ kind of way.
