I don’t understand why taking Okarun to Momo’s maid cafe job is evil 😂 It’s a public place. Okarun could walk in at any time. I also don’t think it’s humiliating for your mutual crush to see you in a cute outfit. I’ve watched other reactions, and I guess I’m in the minority for thinking this is harmless.

In the manga she's referred to by her name, Kei. In the anime she goes by "Muko"

I wouldn’t call her friends evil for brining okarun but it is brutal, I kinda agree with Montana that it has to be a very deep friendship for that to be acceptable. I can only think of a handful of people in my life that I would let embarrass me like this But disregarding bringing their crush, friends showing up at other friends places of work to tease them a lil is a classic

We have to remember that this is kinda K& M's first romance anime, so they're not familiar with a lot of the tropes.

From what I read, copyright protection. Miku and Kei was too similar to 1970s Japanese pop duo called Pink Lady whose names were Mee and Kei. Japanese copyright is strict, which is why many of the references to movies and iconic pop culture in the series had changed names. Many more references to come 👀.

Halfway through season one. I wonder what they'll replace Dandadan with while we wait for season three in 2027. Both the second season of Cyberpunk: Edgerunners and the ATLA: Seven Havens show come out in October around the time they'll wrap up DDD.

That may happen with Okarun's character eventually, but that's NOT what was happening with Miko and Muko when she pointed it out. They dragged Okarun with them cause they both wanted to get to know their friend's crush better, and also tease Momo a bit. 😄

It's definitely something at that moment very embarrassing but not evil to do, just like anything in life embarrassing things are more embarrassing when it happened but a funny and or can be a good flash back but who knows next episode will definitely be interesting if they like or dislike it. I love it over all.

I think the idea of the Hashiras is that the performance distracts the spirit more than drives them off, it just takes their attention away so it’s easier to exorcise them. The traditional example they used was basically a local theatre troupe
