After this episode, I can't decide which character is more of an androgenous beauty: Jinshi or Alucard. (Imma throw in s4 Mikasa for some female representation)

HBelmont67

"Now will SOMEBODY dry my hair??" Why is it Tsukishima from Haikyu that's labeled as 'Diva' when Jinshi is RIGHT there? 💅🏼😂

Sparky :D

I believe the envoys were speaking Turkish but don’t quote me on that cause I’d have to double check lol

TheLifeofAFangirl

Sadly Maomao couldn’t be less interested in a future with Jinshi and more interested in being a mad scientist and making that 💵💵💵

StorytellerDave

I believe Diana is also the Turkish name for Selene, the moon goddess so it'd line up.

*SPOILERS FOR FUTURE EPISODES AND SEASONS KENNY DONT LOOK*** "I've found heaps of insects I've only seen books" WOW how did I NOT notice that... top tier Foreshadowing from Shisui... Her own status, plus the fact that the insects books came from the Shi Clan Stronghold...

Yes they were :)

I did look into it (and had some knowledge tucked away cause history degree but I don’t like speaking historical facts that are unfamiliar to me without doublechecking first lol) and Diana was the Roman version of Artemis, while Selene was the Greek personification of the moon more or less And while it does not appear that the Turkish people followed the Roman mythology in religion, I did confirm that Turkish is a language with Latin roots so even if it wouldn’t be their own myth they’d likely just know of the myth due to similarities in language :)

Finally started watching Seven Havens yesterday, and I can't recommend it to Avatar fans ENOUGH. Really wish K & M had chosen to wait till this came out after Vox Machina instead of starting X-Men 97 immediately after.

seriously!!! I keep checking their page to see if they've reacted to seven havens yet

Maomao sending out a quick prayer for Jinshi's d sends me in to orbit everytime 😂

The come back from death potion is actually a real thing it is a used by some in voodun to make their victims perceive themselves as undead. It is part of the origin of the western "zombie" the ingredients listed are even accurate.

Babybear47

Lol I mean understandable regardless!
