And the next chapter of My Hero Leveling, chapter 16, Internship, is here, everyone!

As you can probably tell, this chapter features Izuku's Work Study Internship, which will be very different to canon with him having a different place to go to to intern under. This chapter will also mark the start of the Work Study Internship Arc, which will connect directly with the (canon) Hero Killer Arc when the time is right, but for now, let us see how Izuku will fare in the actual world of Heroes, Villains and Gates.

I have not read the chapter yet, but I do have some questions for the author. Will the other characters in this story get stronger as well, maybe not the same system as Izuku, but in some way become stronger as well or will it just be Izuku who grows stronger. One of Solo Leveling's few flaws were the fact only Sung Jinwoo grew stronger and into a Godlike being, which Solo Leveling Ragnarok is trying to fix by giving other people shadow weapons and armor and such, but perhaps you could try to give them something better than just armor and weapons, like how One for All is growing due to the Leveling System and being able to let the past One for All users manifest and help Izuku, there could be a way for the other characters of class 1A or more to grow stronger with him. Another thing is Esil Radiru... PLEASE KEEP HER IN THE STORY! She deserves her own worth too 🙏😭

To answer your question, yes. I do have plan to have a lot of characters get stronger. Don't forget this is the world of Solo Leveling combined with MHA, so there are a lot of way for them to get stronger alongside Izuku. The same could be said for the previous OFA users, as I have some plans for them that you'd love when they were revealed. And yes to Esil too! She will be around A LOT once we have her featured in this story, don't worry. 🤩

Thank you, good sir 🫡 I'm honestly hoping for a good battle between him with bakugo or shoto where Izuku isn't completely destroying them. This is also the first story I'm reading from you so I'm not sure how your other stories go, but from what I've seen so far of My Hero Leveling, you're really good at story telling and writing. Can't wait to see Esil! (hope theres chemistry 😏🤤)

No problem. As for the chapter itself, I really liked it, even though it felt like not much happened; I'm not complaining about quicker chapter releases. I love how you're combining the lore of Solo Leveling and MHA. I'm very curious how you will make Hae-In become one of Izuku's love interests. Is she gonna be a student as well or a full fledged hero? One thing I also hope for is that Izuku doesn't show his Radiant Shadows to others yet. I hope he keeps it all under wraps for a while, maybe using them to act as vigilantes protecting innocents from the shadows. Then, when Kamino starts, that's when Izuku unveils his army, standing up to face All For One when All Might is reduced to his skeleton form

I wasn't expecting an update to this so soon but I wholeheartedly welcome it. Makes sense that Izuku is having a hard time deciding on who to pick after all his choices so I can only imagine how happy he must have been upon getting a choice from All Might. Although the fact that he could use his new servants as a way to narrow down his choices was a clever use as well as a showcase of the intelligence they have, limited as it may be. The talk he had with Momo was something I liked but really caught my eye was when she tried to tell him her choice only to get interrupted by Ochaco. I found that particularly clever since there was a potential chance for her to learn what she was getting herself into with Uwabami since it is likely that Izuku would know about she operates. Unfortunately that chance ended up being lost since Izuku got distracted. The meeting with Gran Torino was also well handled. It was the main focus I think so it had to be the best part of the chapter and in some ways I think it was. He immediately tests Izuku only for him to effortlessly handle everything thrown his way. Him requesting to see Nana's quirk was pretty understandable as well as expected so you handle that pretty well. It is pretty clear that there really isn't much Torino can do for Izuku but thankfully he had a connection to Goto's guild which he uses to get him in. And it makes sense that a hero as old as Torino would have these connections. Another thing he did which was very helpful was giving him information on the previous wielders and their quirks. I remember All Might doing something similar in Canon. However I don't think Izuku should have knowledge about the second and third wielders. It was so long ago that information about them should be lost and he should only find it when he gets to talk with them. Izuku gets to meet up with Nejire again and I am interested to see the fact that her internship is different from canon. But an argument could be made that she is trading one internship with a dragon for another. Aside from all that I also like that Izuku has access to a telekinetic ability even if it feels a bit Overkill at this point. That and I kind of think that it was a bit of a lost opportunity for you not to have Torino test Izuku's ability with flight as well as how he can use it when it comes to combat. That just felt like a missed opportunity to me.

hmm can't wait to see how you pull of the evil twist with Goto in this story since unlike your DxD one there's no Yasaka to pull energy from lol

Oh don't worry. This is not the last time we or Izuku will see Gran Torino. There will be time for him to do that later 😉

Sir you have definitely made Izuku a true successor of the true Ashborn of both Light and Darkness. Another thing I would like to point out that I am so glad you didn’t make him like Sung Jin Woo at all. I mean don’t get me wrong he’s a cool protagonist but I just don’t imagine Izuku to become anything like him because he’s a cinnamon roll with a mountain of emotions and I don’t want that to go away at all. Plus the way you flip the script when you named the shadows as radiants was something else and I was blown away by that and especially the fight between Izuku and Igris it was literally form Solo Leveling Ragnorak with a pinch of MHA magic which was perfecto. And now we are seeing Izuku getting OFA at a higher percent as he should since his training with both All Might and Gran Torino was no offense not really progressing at the rate I was hoping he would at the end of his journey to becoming the number one hero. The. Low and behold Goto and his Guild are now making the much introduced recognition because I can see Izuku and Goto getting along just fine besides what Sung Jin Woo was trying to do to upstage him which is not cool at all. So Float is now in progression and he has now a journal of the past users of OFA which is something that I wish Gran Torino could’ve have done at his younger years when he was with Nana like in cannon because that would also be so helpful in the future. My gut is telling me that Smokescreen will be unlocked next I dunno why but it’s a hunch I have been thinking about. Plus I think Stain is gonna have a wake up call on what true strength and power a true hero posses when their friends are in danger. Couple of things I also want to ask: 1.)So the shades are they the 7 holders of OFA and will they have upgrades of thier own like mystical armor, weapons, and magical powers mixed with their quirks at all? 2.) Are the Nomu gonna be apart of the Radiant Army at all if they are what are they gonna be exactly? 3.) What kind of power ups will Izuku’s friends and girlfriends achieve exactly? 4.) Will you include the Movies at all in your story because they are “soft canon”? 5.) What exactly are your plans with the League of Villains, Shie Hassaikai, and Meta Human Liberation Army? 6.) So who exactly is gonna be Izuku’s nemesis throughout this whole story because Tomura should be the big bad in the end right or is that someone else? 7.) When will dragons show up in your story and how would Ryukyu react? 8.) Is there a creator of the system in this story yes or no? 9.) What does Izuku costume look like exactly will it change throughout the story at all? 10.) Are Izuku’s main arsenal gauntlets because I feel like Izuku is following Sun Jinwoo’s son’s skill set? 11.) Would the war in the end involve the main bad guys from Solo Leveling at all? 12.) Will All Might be healed in your story because it would be cool to see him in is armor form with mystical magic instead of just technology?

You should definitely reread the previous chapter. There was a hint that another Quirk has been unlocked, and it's not Smokescreen 😉 1. The Shades are essentially their own individuals, and it has been stated they have their own leveling system. I won't spoil anything but I have big plan for them. 2. No, I don't have any plan for Izuku to bring back the Nomu. They are mixed up individuals, and thus their mana is corrupted so they cannot be revived. 3. No Spoiler. 4. Yes the movies are considered canon, so the movie events will be featured. 5. They will be there, but not as the main big bad. 6. The Monarch and eventually the Itarim. 7. Dragons have shown up before (Kamish) and Dragon Gates are considered most dangerous. You will have to wait to hear Ryukyu's inputs. 8. Yes 9. His costume will be very different from canon. 10. Gauntlets will be his main weapons, but because he has One for All: Infusion, he will be using a variety of weapons. There is no point in him not to.
