Rose your music is literally the best thing possible for small creators, I’ll give you money until the end of time

Love what you did with the video game story at the end. It legitimately made me pause and reconsider my own relationship to my (quite small) audience and community.

i'm going to be thinking about "a place to convene" forever now. i wonder if one reason why the commentary genre has evolved this way especially in the last few years is because of covid and quarantine. everyone's spending way more time online, looking for a place to convene. we all want community so bad and capitalism is keeping us more isolated and exhausted and despairing than ever so we try to find comfort in solidarity of opinion in a personable, safe (and honestly still pretty isolated) space online, or something, oh my god anything to feel less lonely. anyways idk what i'mtalking about! great video!!!! lots of things to think about!!!! super great tunes!!! 🌱🍓🌱🍓🌱🍓🌱☀️ also those shots of your camera equipment were so beautiful!!

What you said about commentary creators leaving some things out for fear of alienating their audience resonated with me. I’m a (very small time) Twitch streamer and even I avoid sharing some of my more radical opinions from my leftist audience because I fear they may not be ready, or that I can’t adequately argue (god that sounds so pretentious). And if they’re not vibing with my ideas then they’ll leave and that would suck a lot. So sometimes when I see chatters or other creators complaining about everyone sharing the same content with similar opinions, I think about how content creation is a job and is in many ways constrained by the desires of the audience. And how risky it is to stray into the unknown as a creator. Anyway enough of me treating your Patreon comments section like a diary. Point is I resonate with your videos a lot and appreciate how you put a lot of your own self-consciousness into your script.
