Time for Another Monthly Progress Report (Patreon)

Ok, first things first, I owe you an apology. I tried to upload my new stuff earlier, but last Saturday I got pretty sick, and let’s just say that only two days ago I finally stopped throwing up anything I ate. Only today I started feeling okay-ish. That delayed everything, but I still managed to get my animations done. Now on to better news.

4 New Animations Are Up (This means new links too BTW)

For organization purposes, all new animations for the Part Time Jobs episode will be grouped by "emotion," meaning Izumi’s emotional state while stuff happens.

Right now, there are two groups: Pleasure and Regret. Regret has 2 animations, and Pleasure has 5.

You can get the new VMD files in the unreleased content folder for the $10 tier, and the Blender files are available in the $20 tier.

One of the new animations makes use of an "Ottoman." That piece of furniture has been in the public downloads for a while now, so you can grab it there. This animation also makes use of a new feature I added to my rig, and speaking of which...

New Feature for My Blender Rig

I added a new slider to the "Hip Roll" bone that gives you a new type of movement. Back when I made Oppa, Do You Trust Me?, I achieved the same motion with two bones, but now with this slider I can do it with just one and get even more variation in movement.The new slider lets you perform a hip roll that also moves the upper body and torso.

I made a tutorial showing how to add this functionality to any model that already uses my rig, without needing to reattach it. The video just needs some editing, and I should have it ready this week.

I also fixed a small typo in one of the sliders for the right FK hand. This one is optional, but if small mistakes drive you up a wall like they do me, I recommend applying it to models that are not currently in use, since it will break that slider’s curve if it is active. You will also need to repair the driver linked to that slider, but it is not hard. I explain how to do that in the video as well.

By the way, all models in the $20 tier folder already have these updates applied.

New Alternate Textures for Izumi Are Up

There are new textures for Izumi in the public downloads, one for her maid outfit and one for her new casual outfit. Hope you like them.

Plans for This Month

I want to work on story animations. Fortunately, I can make my own reference material for character interactions and build my animations around that. I also want to work on some new stages I plan to use.For now, that is what I have in mind, but if I find a new sexy reference that I can turn into a new animation, I will do that too. You will find out in the December report.
