Latest rig update tutorial (Patreon)

Well here it is, a video on how to apply the latest update to my rig, use it to update the models you already have attached my rig to.

There is also a fix for a typo on one of the the sliders for rotation isolation on the right arm.

This is optional but here it is just in case.
