The FFXIV patch went live, and man... it's amazing how much my enjoyment of FFXIV depends on its main story. Because I've kind of dropped off FFXIV for a while now. Haven't enjoyed much of the patch content up until now besides the Arcadion, and that coupled with some mostly bad MSQ story events just killed any interest in grinding out the various other things in the game. But the recent story they've added was enough to not only get me onboard, it's got me sinking time back into the world. Now I want to get back to crafting, doing treasure maps, and even enduring some of the previous stuff I thought sucked too much to finish like the Dawntrail society quests. Though I still think the Mamool Ja are way too stupid to live. The fuck you mean you've spent generations never once even thinking about growing a second fruit??
