It's that time of the week again isn't it? We're planning out DF Direct Weekly #211, due to 'tape' tomorrow morning at 9am BST. It'll be Rich (ie me) and Oliver at the mics, with a freshly-returned-from-vacation John Linneman making up the trio.

What's on the docket? We'll be sharing our thoughts on the new Ghost of Yotei demo and we'll try to find time to offer some immediate feedback on Days Gone Remastered on PS5 Pro. Meanwhile, and perhaps inevitably - there's a lot of Switch 2 stuff going on - and we'll be talking about Street Fighter 6 (based on the assets we shared earlier in the week) and lamenting the third party approach to physical media which looks to be Game Key only on the vast majority of games, Cyberpunk apart. Oh! And that PlayStation 5 Professional teardown? We'll be talking about that too.

But now's the time to submit your input! Feel free to suggest topics for the show if you feel we've missed anything and at the same time, the show wouldn't be the same without your valued input. Thanks in advance!

Are nvidia’s geforce drivers fixed now or do they still have a ways to go?

Deadeyes

With RTX 5000 series seeming to not get that much benefit from GDDR7 speeds, do you think we would have been better off if Nvidia had just stuck with the cheaper GDDR6 and clamshelled every card to double VRAM? I'm imagining a world where even the 5060 has 16GB and it looks much nicer to me.

Do you guys think the switch 2 can match the ps5 from all the news on X they are saying is close to ps5 level

No words to to the Oblivion Remastered?

DyeHardX86

Hello, seeing more and more on the Socials about Bolt Graphics and really curious if anyone at Digital Foundry has talked to the company or checked out their website and if so what is your take on the Zeus GPU? Bolt is making some bold claims about path-tracing performance. Thanks and have a Great Weekend.

Peter Karadimas

Hello DF crew. We just passed 3 years since the unveiling of Unreal Engine 5 this month. How has the engine evolved since its initial unveiling and how well is it being utilized in modern games? Should we be optimistic or pessimistic about its performance problems in the next few years?

IncusManc

What’s your take on the recent shoddy NVIDIA drivers? AMD lost market share back in the day due to awful drivers. NVIDIA don’t even seem to be acknowledging the issues.. 576.02 and the temp issues aren’t even updated in an official driver you have to go down a rabbit hole to find the hot fix 576.15

Taggen86

Did the teardown reveal any hints or information regarding the node used for ps5 pro? Is it 5nm after all?

Prerit Anwekar

Hey DF team, Can we talk about the latest trailer of Doom The dark ages? It looks sick to the core. I am ready to get my soul sold, are you guys ready? While we are on the topic, with path tracing coming to new id-tech, as we have already seen with Indy - Will we be able to see a high refresh experience with such a fast paced game like Doom? Will FG be coming to rescue? What will be the potential downsides of FG in Doom?

Taggen86

Did the new large nvidia driver update solve your 5080/5090 driver issues? For me it made frame gen usable again after being borked for over two months (nvidia v sync capping my frame rate too low)

Mornin’ guv’nors! With the Oblivion remaster finally out in the wild, I’ve gotta say—it’s a cracking update that stays true to the original, bugs and all. Love that. But blimey, it’s yet another Unreal Engine 5 stutter-fest. At this point, it’s hardly a shock. That said, who’s to blame here? Should developers be catching and fixing these issues before launch, or is it high time Epic Games stepped up and gave proper support to studios using UE5—especially for open world titles? Surely it’s in their interest to ensure their engine isn’t dragging down game releases like this. Games launching in such a rough state aren’t doing Unreal Engine’s reputation any favours. It’s just not good enough.

Good time of day, fine people of DF(including those not on the panel) I have a bespoke question for John. John, DF Retro content on 5th generation of consoles is some of the best content there is and the recent Wreckless video scratches the same itch for 6th generation, thank you! My question is, are there any plans for further 6th generation content? I find that period in gaming fascinating and your take on it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for all your amazing work lads. Cheers!

Hi Gents! Wishing your continued survival amongst the deluge of gaming releases and news! Re: Switch 2 game keys, my question is: was the "death" of physical handheld games inevitable? As games get more advanced, and need faster storage and higher amounts, should we have seen the game key card news coming, considering all of the pushes Nintendo has made to court third-party support? In other words, are games "too big" for their (and our) own good?

Taggen86

Do you think there might be more hidden dlss games out there in the switch 2 lineup? Do you think it is the rumored dlss lite model or something else that is being used?

Greg Brown

Do you think other developers should follow the general Nintendo approach of one franchise entry per generation, so that each is a noticeable bump in capabilities? (Is this going to happen anyways with how long development takes these days?)

1040STF

Comparison between the Xbox Series S and Switch 2 versions of Street Fighter 6 is impressive. But since the release of that game, I always felt the Series S version featured one of the biggest downgrade we witnessed from a Series X one. instead of a "Switch 2 miracle" story, isn't it more likely a "Series S poor optimization" story?

Taggen86

Thoughts on the switch 2 die shot seemingly confirming it is using T239?

Dave Brown

Hello gents, It's almost May and the NVIDIA 50-series driver situation is still a mess. How did we get here? Do you have any insight into how NVIDIA may be thinking about this? Are their hardware and software/driver teams siloed? I saw at GDC they had to call out driver issues in their own presentation slides... all I have to say is 'yikes'. What do you think NVIDIA should do, and what do you think they will do? Thanks for all the great content!

Pomps

No question today. Just wanted to say I WAS ABLE TO PREORDER A SWITCH 2!!! MARIO KART DAY 1 LFGGGG

gartenriese

Do you think the "shadow dropped" Oblivion will result in less sales for Clair Obscur and do you think Microsoft should have scheduled that differently since both games are coming to GamesPass day one? I know that Microsoft isn't the publisher for Clair Obscur, but it was featured in a Microsoft Direct if I remember correctly.

Special Agent Cooper

It’s been a few months since we’ve heard the reports of the Matrix demo running on a Switch 2 console, stirring up the expectations quite a bit. In hindsight, what do you make of this rumor after we’ve got a much clearer idea of what to expect from Switch 2 graphics. What would that demo have looked like?

Ildar Nurislamov

In the light of new PS portable rumors i started to think about how that could affect longevity of PS5 Pro: The PS4 Pro was significantly more powerful than the base PS4, but feature-wise, it didn’t offer much beyond raw performance. Despite an extended cross-gen period, the extra power of the PS4 Pro didn’t seem to extend its lifespan - it died alongside the PS4. However, the PS5 Pro might be different. While it’s not an absolute powerhouse, it introduces an expanded feature set, making it feel somewhat like a subset of the PS6. Do you think the PS5 Pro could handle next-gen cross-gen titles much better than the PS4 Pro did? In that sense, could the PS5 Pro serve a role for the PS6 similar to how the Xbox Series S does for the Series X -only with fewer constraints? Assuming that devs will have to target both PS6 and Portable, do you think that it is possible that we will see games launch for PS6, Portable and PS5 Pro, skipping the base PS5? Second question: Why do we rarely hear details from developers about the PS5’s API and how it differs from Xbox’s? Is the PS5 API under a strict NDA? I’m curious because we sometimes see performance differences between PS5 and Xbox in certain games. For example, in Space Marine 2, the large enemy crowds perform better on Xbox. Are they leveraging AVX2 on Xbox for better performance, or is it just a case of weaker optimization for PS5?

DJ Hicks

Honestly, what’s the point of DLSS? Is it intended as an image sharpener for low end machines running games at low resolutions? Maybe high end machines running at low resolutions? I just don’t get it. With the weird graphical glitches that come with DLSS and FSR, why not run at native res with the settings your machine can handle? The technology seems completely pointless. Let’s consider the Switch 2. Is DLSS not repurposing computing power that could be used to make the game run better in general? Thanks, dudes.

gartenriese

Better than Rockstars approach of "one franchise entry every second generation".

Pomps

It will get nowhere close resolution and frame rate wise, but we will probably get some next gen exclusives ported to it which will make it feel like it's close.

Blue

Well that’s not what people are saying they are saying it’s close to power level

Hi DF Crew! With Oblivion Remastered demonstrating how a classic can be beautifully modernized without losing its soul, what other games would you like to see get the same treatment, ala enhanced visuals, updated controls, but true to the original design? I'd love to hear each of your picks. Personally, I think the original Deus Ex (2000) is crying out for this. Its gameplay and story are timeless (and more true than ever), but with UE5, Nanite, Lumen, and MetaHuman, it could finally look and feel as immersive as it always deserved, while staying faithful to its deep, choice-driven roots. What are your thoughts (especially John)? Thanks as always for the great work.

Greetings Switch fans. And Alex, too. It seems the inevitable has happened on Switch 2 and most third-party publishers are already choosing the cheapest option - Game Keys. I bought many multi-platform titles on Switch 1 as I enjoyed the portability. If Switch 2 will be largely digital, I will likely only buy the exclusives. Especially with the relatively low internal capacity and more controlled eshop ecosystem. If StreetFighter 6 or Daemon X Machina sequel were on a cart I'd have pre-ordered it already without thinking...but now I'd rather opt for Steam/PC where digital collections are guaranteed to live on a lot longer. With microSD Express cards still low capacity and expensive is Switch 2 in danger of people ignoring third-party games that are multiplatform? Could this give third-party publishers the wrong idea that people aren't interested in the Nintendo platform? Or perhaps it's a final push to get more and more people going digital only?

Peter

Good afternoon DF crew, hope you are all well. With 2 recent releases on UE5 (Oblivion and Claire Obscura). It begs the question, why is UE5 such a problem on pc? It's an engine that started life on pc and historically, always seemed to be relatively performant and reliable. Now, I see UE5, and immediately expect the worst. What happend? PS, pouring one out for Alex who is likely currently being flanked by Switch 2 and Stutter Struggle.

Kimba096

Hi DF, apparently there's new footage of Fast Fusion running on Switch 2. Could you take a look? At first glance, there's a lot of breakup and artifacts in the image—it might be using DLSS? You can clearly see the pixels; it looks like it's rendering below native 1080p

Dave Brown

Question for John -- Welcome back! Based on what you've seen from Switch 2, is there still a viable use case for the Retrotink 4K? Or is there anything you're interesting in testing when the console releases? I bought an RT4K for my Switch 1 after watching your segment on a previous DF Direct and have been very happy with that decision, so I'm curious to hear your take. Cheers!

Iuri Grangeiro

Hello DF gents! Quite a few games on the switch 2 seem to punch above what their counts would suggest. Cyberpunk and street fighter show telltale signs of CNN, but even ignoring those, Hogwarts legacy does not look like the native 720p usually presents, and Metroid prime looks convincingly 4k outside of moving edges despite counting to 1440p. However, these don't show signs of CNN, and they don't reconstruct nearly cleanly enough to be the transformer we all know. What are your thoughts on this? Could this be the dlss lite version we've been all talking about?

Leftisthominid

Given that the folks at Monolith Soft were wizards at getting the Switch to render games like Xenoblade 3, what are your expectations on them for Switch 2?

Iuri Grangeiro

Yes, dlss is repurposing computing that would make the game run at a higher resolution. However, the consensus seems to be that both games we know to have dlss (cyberpunk and street fighter) look better on the switch than they do on the PS4 in spite of the smaller resolution. In practice, dlss does a lot more to image quality than it's weight in pixel count could, and allows transformative but otherwise unobtainable settings to be enabled

Leftisthominid

What are your thoughts about the Oblivion remaster using UE5? I have not touched the game yet, but I hope that it is not a stutter struggler.

Evan

With the news coming out of Japan that most Switch 2 3rd party games are using game key carts, does it still make sense to buy physical on Switch 2? Game keys remove most of the advantages of physical. Is it a better to plan to try to buy digital this generation thinking it will be more likely that the next platform will be compatible with a digital library?

Eric Benoit

If Sony really is developing a Handheld device, how should they dedicate themselves to bringing at least a part their massive library of PS1/2/3 and PSP/Vita games to the system? PS1 games were great on the PSP and Vita and there's great potential there if they make the effort. Im saying "make the effort" as PSVR2 owner.

Sloth

A non-Switch 2-related palette cleanser question for the gentlemen to close out the Direct: What dormant PS1/Saturn/Windows 98-era franchise do you think could make a great showcase for current graphical features but there just isn't the market for its genre anymore to make a modern big-budget sequel viable? For example, a new Panzer Dragoon could be great for showing off raytraced water, or a new Virtua Cop lightgun game could be a good showcase for particle effects.

Ben DePaz

Hello! Do you think that the emphasis on key cards is just a way of further increasing Nintendo’s profit margins? 256GB is more storage than the first switch, but it doesn’t go very far with modern games. I have downloaded PC games that were 120GB. So if you want to have a large game library accessible to you, you would have to get expanded storage. So not only do you have to buy their console, but now you’re compelled to buy the memory cards they sell too. True, any microSD Express card will work, but the one with the Nintendo branding, and sitting on the shelf next to the console, is going to be more likely to be purchased.

Pol Kallamata

What are your thoughts on the lack of consistency when labeling games remasters vs. remakes? My general understanding was that remastering basically referred to porting a title for newer hardware. The game may take advantage of the added horsepower through higher resolutions, FPS, LOD values etc. (and maybe a couple added visual enhancements) but it would still be essentially the same package that existed before. Whereas a remake would entail rebuilding the game in a modern engine, and redoing assets, animations, voice work, sound, and various aspects of the design from the ground up. Thus I found it a little strange that the rebuild Oblivion title that launched this week was labeled a remaster instead of a remake, given there was a ground up visual overhaul in UE5, new animations, new VO & sound work, and updated menus / mechanics. Do you think Bethesda undersold the significance of what was done with the title? Or is the whole remaster / remake dichotomy so ill defined and unclear for both developers and players, that the labeling really doesn't matter?

Eric Hurst

In September of 2023, you reported on the behind-closed-doors Gamescom demo that showed off the Switch 2 to developers, showing a 4K 60 version of Breath of the Wild, and the Matrix Awakens demo running with DLSS, with reports saying it had “comparable quality to the Series S.” Based on what we know about the Switch 2, do you think that this is still a reasonable expectation of power for the Switch 2? Do you think something of comparable quality to the Matrix Awakens on Series S is possible on Switch 2, or, as Rich said back then, we will more likely get current-gen software running on Switch 2, but at an extremely optimized level a la the Witcher 3 on the original Switch?

Sloth

Thought experiment for the physical media collectors amongst you: The year is 2045 - you cast a wizened but appreciative eye across rows and rows of physical games media from elegant GameCube cases to imposing big box PC games. Your eyes arrive at the Switch 2 shelf in your collection - and you see all your Game Key boxes. What do you think your reaction will be to these games versus the others in your collection? Returning to Earth: Present Day - how will auguries of future scenarios like this affect your decision to buy these Switch 2 releases in the here and now?

spaciepoo

Hi DF guys. Do you think Nintendo is avoiding DLSS on their first party games to make sure they can re-release games without hinging on having an NVIDIA processor in a future console?

Snorlax cat

did Oliver get good questions camping out on GameStop?

scud

Hey chaps, on the topic of the Oblivion Remaster, do you think this is partly a testbed for future Bethesda games? Not just remasters, but mainline new releases? I'm wondering if they're looking for a way to focus their internal Creation Engine development on improving AI, physics, etc. Maybe even finding a way to more effectively stream their worlds and eliminate or minimize loading screens. If they can trust the latest version of Unreal to push new features on the graphics front, then maybe that frees them up to focus Creation Engine development time on what makes their games unique, without investing massive amounts of time developing their own Nanite equivalent, for example. Curious what you think, and hope you guys have a good one. Later gators, Scud

Perfect_Organism

Cynical head on here - are shadow drops in gaming a good way of bypassing reviews/technical analysis for somewhat mediocre products?

scud

Hi chaps, One other quick question. It looks to me like the Oblivion Remaster is using nanite foliage. If so, is this the first major release to use it? I may be wrong, but I got my camera as close to the trees and plants as I could, and it looks like individual leaves on the trees, as opposed to "cards" of leaves. Small clusters of flower buds also look like they're made up of actual 3D objects, although obviously low poly. I think it's the first time I've seen this used in a major release (if I'm even right), and I'm curious what impact it has on performance. Cheers, Scud

AfreemTheDream

Greetings, Foundrymen! Do you gents see a PSPPD (PS Pro Price Drop) coming this year for Ghost of Yotei? I'd like to get one, but the cost-for-improvement just seems way too expensive still (especially considering that all of my games are on disc and I would need to buy the disc drive). Cheers!

Helvetica Bold

Hey DF team! What do you think of the rendering technology on display in the new Ghost of Yotei trailer. You guys were critical of the first trailer and conveyed some disappointment (Alex!). Certainly, there’s a massive leap in character rendering compared to the first game. Thank you and keep up the great work!

Spodlude

Hello gents, I feel that Alex was quite successful in bringing the spotlight to UE stutter struggle. I was hoping you might make a bit of wake regarding gamepass’ irritating feature of not allowing games to be seen by the driver until Microsoft fixes it. This is a recurring problem for new releases for AMD and Nvidia users enabling driver level features. For me personally it prevents me from enabling FSR 4 on oblivion remastered. Anything you guys can do to publicise / discuss this irritation would be greatly appreciated by the community I’m sure! Kind regards, Lewis

10 Watts Raytracing

Hello DF crew! Gamescom 2023 was mooted to have behind closed doors some "hardware representative of Switch 2", running Unreal's Matrix Awaken demo... which today does not run well on a SteamDeck! Epic Games however, has a high stake in deploying Unreal Engine 5 to Nintendo's humongous player base, and you were hoping in 2023 that Epic wouldn't have shown a subpar or unrealistic tech demo. Today, our understanding of the Switch 2 is much greater, so is it plausible that the Matrix Awaken runs well on it? More broadly, do you think we'll see a lot of unreal games with Unreal Engine 5 features like Lumen running on Switch 2 in the coming years? (Maybe Rich's butchered RTX 2050 laptop would provide informative data!)

Someguyperson

Some good news & bad news. The good news is that 50 series GPUs are finally in stock! The bad news is that they still have inflated prices (boo!). When do you think the prices will finally return to MSRP? The US market is a bit nuts now though, I could buy a 5080 from SCAN UK (including VAT) and import it to the US for about the same price as buying it from a US retailer, which makes absolutely no sense.

Someguyperson

This week, Nintendo has been a lot more transparent about how much stock they will have for the launch of the Switch 2 than Sony or Microsoft have been for the launches of their respective consoles. Do you think these numbers are given out for customers to acknowledge the difficulties of why there isn't enough stock, or do you think this has been for investors to see just how well the Switch 2 is going to sell? Why don't more companies do this? Why are companies secretive about hardware sales when demand is astronomically high?

The Shadow-Map

Has Sony effectively run the largest smoothness perception test ever done? Is the conclusion really this pessimistic? Since the PS5 Pro came out, VRR has been broken on the console in the vast majority of games. Outside of documenting this issue yourselves, there is shockingly little discussion on the internet around this. When I think about all the minor videogame stories that blow up in comment frenzy across the internet, this VRR issue doesn't rate. Puddlegate from Marvel's Spider-Man has carried more weight on the internet than VRR being broken on the PS5 for more than 6 months. Truly it seems videogame players do not care about stuttering. Thoughts?

Snorlax cat

VRR fix WEN: Sony should either do a toggle for portal owners to fix vrr on tv or automatically toggle. It has been a month and almost half a year since the broke vrr by fixing the portal?

goregutz

Hi DF team! With Arrow lake's poor performance at launch, it's fair to say that they will need all the performance they can get. They recently released a new BIOS update which promises an average of 6% performance improvements across the board. Do you think this changes anything?

Eric Hurst

Do you think that The Eder Scrolls IV Oblivion Remastered being developed in-part in Unreal Engine 5 means that Elder Scrolls VI is likely being developed with the same engine? This would follow the pattern of a developer first developing a remake before tackling a new project (Metroid Prime Remastered, Metroid Prime 4; the rumored Halo CE remake in UE5, future Halo titles in UE5). Do you think this is what’s happening with The Elder Scrolls?

Marcus

Hello DF gents. Good to have you back John, hope you had a nice vacation. We just saw the tantalising 1.4 nm node announcement out of TSMC. Maybe Oliver could shed some light on what this actually means. Especially since the nanometer and Ångström labels seem to have very little to do with anything on the actual chip nowadays. Thank you for your time!

StrugglingShader

Hello foundrymen! First of all welcome back John! You were deeply missed during illness and vacation. And at the same time, Oliver established himself as a main member in the panel. So my question is for Rich, and about the management of the DF direct itself: Do you plan or doing a rotation between John, Alex and Oliver? Or is one of them losing the spot (and gaining more time to work on other projects) to become a backup direct member

Taggen86

What are the odds that switch 2 will sell more units on release day that any other console before in history?

Mr Bespoke

Hi DF Crew! Hi Rich, You always say the Sega Master System is the "Master of evil" and I often wounder what is your take on Lord Sugar's bysmal attempt with the 8-bit Amstrad GX4000 with its bysmal library of just 16 games sure that should be you "Master of Evil", No? Thanks and keep the awesome work!

Neotokyo

Hey DF team! With a couple of 2025 smartphones debuting with silicone carbon batteries, do you think that this technology has the potential to improve handheld battery life/ longevity? Will we see a modern version of the ds which is super slim and called the ds U? Cheers!

Mr Bespoke

Hi DF Crew! This one should be on the docket but recent reports say that another gaming franchise is coming to big screen in the way of..... (insert U.S Gold intro of outrun here) Yes Outrun with Michael Bay of all people set to direct which has me scratching my head because Mr Bay is known for over the top explosions and as far as i can recall there's not that many explosions in the game unless you crash of cause. But I would like know what your thoughts on this franchise coming to the big screen and is Michael Bay really a good choice for this adaption? Thanks and keep the awesome work!

tod weitzel

With the proliferation of Game Key Cards, will you have to keep a library of Switch 2 consoles in airplane mode to compare launch vs patch performance of certain games in the future? Or, have you all transitioned to the acceptance of filling hard drives with B roll for future use?

Macky Dee

Video compression in Blue Prince is very poor, and apparently Clair Obscur has issues too. Why and how is FMV quality still such an issue in the year twenty twenty five? Allowing for these two particular games having tiny dev teams and limited resources, is it really that hard to fit a decent quality video file into a game? Have seen much larger games having similar issues.

Patrick Llaban

Out of curiosity, would Final Cut Pro be a viable option for DFs tools since Oliver uses Apple? Are Macs/Macbooks in general compatible with PC Capture workflow? Thought of this question whenever Alex mentions Premiere crashing

Mmm, chilli con carne

Dear Battle Pass, Expansion, and Horse Armour, By Azura, by Azura, by Azura, it’s the Oblivion remaster! I’m curious what you make not just of the technology, but of the preservation or changes to its unique, pantomime charm. I adore the original’s dreamy atmosphere, wistful music, and hideous, unhinged NPCs resembling mouldy potatoes abandoned in the sun. So how does the new tech affect that old campiness, and does it avoid the “Nintendo, hire this man” energy? Does this lend more credence to a Fallout 3 remaster? Finally, might it influence future Bethesda games rendering?

BespokeEP

Greetings Sir Knights of the Foundry table!!! If you only answer one serious question this week, this is it. When can we get a “Bespoke Olie Mack Daddy Foundry” T-shirt? Come on lads, give the people what they need!

How impactful do you think the switch 2 will be when it comes to HDR implementation in games outside of the switch 2? I'm hopeful that maybe that'll kickstart microsoft's gears into fixing the mess that is HDR on windows

ThatGuyWhatDidThatThing

The Switch 2 will be the first fixed platform gaming platform where every unit will have ML/AI hardware acceleration i in the form of NVIDIA tensor cores. Not a full dedicated NPU but still a first. Assuming (for the purpose of this exercise) that 1. Developers will have full access too use the hardware to run whatever models they'd like too. 2. There are enough resources left after whatever is being reserved for voice and video chat. (YAY! It's the Xbox One Kinect performance hit all over again!) What are some non-graphical ways you may be excited to see it used? Some low hanging fruit might be models of crowd behaviors, Improving or augmenting a engine wide systems like radiant AI or the NPC system in Dragon's Dogma 2. A city builder using models for traffic simulation, electrical and water distribution, or public opinion. If Nintendo and NVIDIA allow it, it may be the most interesting part of the new hardware.

ThatGuyWhatDidThatThing

John, why no video on BlurBusters Rolling Scanline Simulation/CRT Beam Simulation GPU Shader (SHAME!!!)? Even just to discuss it since demonstrating it will be admittedly difficult. Expense yourself a new 480hz monitor, call up the SloMo Guys, setup an interview. Get it done! P.S. Ok, fine. I know you were ill. Then on this thing called a vacation (I'm in America, we don't get those). Good to have you back. P.P.S. No more excuses!

Graczdari

Hello team! Aren't you disappointed that not in the development of Forza Horizon 5 for Playstation 5, TAA or FSR AA was not implemented (albeit optionally) for the console versions? However, it disappointed me, because this game would be very useful TAA/FSRAA as an option (because I know that there are enemies of this solution, so I would not impose it on everyone). It's been around for a long time on PC, so I was hoping that with the port to SONY's console, they would also do a console implementation.

Graczdari

Ssecond question is about NIntendo Switch 2. Do you see the chances of Grand Theft Auto VI being released on this platform, given that projects such as Star Wars Outlaws have been announced for the NIntendo Switch 2? But could the CPU be too significant a limitation?

Oblivion Remastered is using the original game engine for the game logic and UE5 for graphics rendering. Do you think this is the path forward for Bethesda? Finally we could have a version of Unreal Engine that could render thousands of potatoes with physics.
