I don’t think Xbox is profitable, if they were they would be screaming it from the rooftops during their financial call, instead all they list is revenue, revenue is not profit. Making more money always involves spending more. Microsoft is profitable, Xbox is not.

I am sad for the Devs that were working on Perfect Dark.. But I'm a N64 Perfect Dark superfan. It was my 1st M rated game, I played it religiously.. And I was *extremely disappointed* in what they showed in that vertical slice. It looked graphically impressive 🤷🏻‍♂️ But it didn't look like Perfect Dark at all. The Xbox 360 PD was a huge disappointment too. PD-N64 was the mature version of Golden Eye.. that reboot had no blood, none of the over the top dramatic action like a T-rated Hitman, more than Perfect Dark. I want over the top blood everywhere, crazy weapons, a mission with an Alien named Elvis to extract from Area 51! If they aren't going to deliver a Perfect Dark reboot with that soul... I don't want it anyways 🫤 I personally felt like they were on track to use the Name recognition to sell a generic espionage game with Gadgets to as many people as possible

Management makes insanely expensive and ill timed acquisitions, only for the consequences to be felt by those who actually make the products. Shame.
