Thanks for a great video guys 😊👍

Never heard of Tengai Makyo before but John really grabbed my interest, my current Japanese level probably isn’t fully up to snuff for it but hey could be decent practice material! Looking forward to more of these :)

You managed to inspire me to order Hook, and I don't own a Super Nes. Well, at least, I managed to stop myself from ordering its pc counterpart, I almost got carried away.

The PC/Amiga version is an interesting and well done Lucasarts style adventure game, and well worth checking out! -Audi

On the subject of Hook, I might have to give it to the MCD version. The soundtrack is so much better than the other versions, and whilst it's less colourful, it moves more quickly.

Thanks for this information, it will probably be on my purchase list when I'll decide to resurrect one of my old PCs that still have their floppy drive (a pentium 133 and an athlon xp)

Lovely video. Sonic Pocket Adventure is underrated imo. Played through it during car trips way back.

Could you please make videos like this also available on digitalfoundry.net for download? Even if this may not be an 'official' DF Retro episode people would probably still like to have it in their offline library.

Would love to see actual gameplay footage while you guys keep talking about the shown pick-up.

Stephen Thornhill

Great video guys and some really interesting pickups.

As someone approaching 35, living in the same hemisphere. I don't just understand the nap, I envy it.
