For this special DF Retro themed Developer Interview, John and Audi sit down with Modern Vintage Gamer, who has been a central figure in the retro game community for well over a decade now. From his early days of coding emulators for the OG Xbox to developing a brand new multi-system emulator for modern consoles, MVG is a man with stories to share! For this interview, we discuss his work bringing Shantae to the Switch for Limited Run and Wayforward, and the process of coding an emulator from scratch. Audi also brings up Samantha Fox and Bubsy, because of course he did.
