i thought my question was really good this time.. maybe in the next one :/

someone

is it me or is there something wrong with Rich's mic?

Max Fletcher

If John is right about how they are configuring the camera in 2D Unity games the true solution is to not attach the camera directly to player game object. I think John knows this and hinted at it but didn’t get it across. Unity does have a cinemachine 2D package that allows you to easily set up the camera to follow an object, and I believe would not be susceptible to this issue.

Sorry to hear, that sucks... anyway, no worries, I enjoyed the episode nonetheless ;)

Hey Rich, just want to let you know as an avid fan/audio engineer, your mic has a bit too much gain going on in this direct. I haven't actually listened to any other directs in a studio scenario until now, but I definitely notice a decent amount of distortion compared to the other hosts in this video. Just wanted to provide some constructive criticism that stuck out to me. Much love to the DF family!
