This is my first time doing a poll with this particular theme. I've been thinking for a while of watching a historical epic, but I'm genuinely having trouble deciding on my own (and knowing me, I'd just pick whichever one has the shortest runtime) so here's your opportunity to decide what comes first for me! 🥰

I know this poll is missing some big ones, like Gone with the Wind and Doctor Zhivago and some others, but I didn't want to have a big poll. The larger the poll, the more I feel tempted to allow multiple-choice voting for it, which means a greater potential for a tie... 😅 Epics are looooooong movies, so I definitely want to space out my journey through them a bit.

This poll will be open until the end of day on Sunday in my timezone. I can't guarantee that I will get to recording the reaction to the winner right away next week, but I intend to get to it and share it before June is over.

Happy Voting! ❤️

I’ve never seen any of these so just gonna pick something random. I have seen Gone With The Wind though…yes the movie is long but very very good.

Imoh boy, this is one of the toughest decisions!! OMG! 🤣

To be watched, eventually! Are you gonna watch the winner of this poll?

Hugo! These are all bangers! Old, yes; dated, maybe. But undeniably great films. I hope you watch the winner! Gone with the Wind I saw ages ago, but recently watched a reaction by a couple of young women, and seeing through their eyes? It's a huge soap opera! Great! 😂

Definitely will watch the winner.

Lawrence of Arabia is a great movie with an all-timer lead performance and I love it, but it definitely gets more love from reaction channels than Seven Samurai (even if a couple have done it, like PiB and TBR Schmitt). Fingers crossed Kurosawa can pull this one off; as is frequently the case, I have a 4K that I haven't watched yet and would love a reaction for an excuse to give it a spin.

That said, it would be sort of funny (probably more to me than to you!) if you made a small poll on purpose and then there was still a tie.

If there is a tie, then I'll let Wheel of Names be the tie-breaker.

Ooh, tough choice. They're all excellent movies.
