I'm having so much fun watching this every week.

Late to watching but love the appearance of Jeri and including her in Danny's story. Subtitles reveal the name of the hidden character that talked to Harold so if you don't have them on or recognize the name that is ok tho I assume they did that because people most likely recognized her voice. I enjoyed the cage fight scene as well and you bring up a excellent point about how the fight was choreographed and was slightly more realistic then the usual fights between men and woman on these comic book shows. It is very realistic to see a woman get tossed around by someone twice her size so glad they showed this while still creating a plausible situation for her win.

I'm no longer using Disney+ because the videoquality has just gotten so bad that I can't justify paying what they want for 360p looking videos. How I'm watching Iron Fist, unfortunately there are no subtitles associated with these episodes (so far anyway - I keep checking with each episode). So for once, there's an instance of me not having a subtitle spoil me. 😅

I really liked this episode. We had some genuine progress after 2 episodes of set up. I do think the episode titles are supposed to be martial arts moves. Real or fake, I don’t know. But that’s how I take it. Do they somehow relate to the plot of the episode? Not that I can tell. Again, just my theory. Colleen’s cage fight was great. Her win was earned which I appreciate. I like that we aren’t seeing her just take to the poor little street urchin. Ward actually set her on her path of helping Danny. What I liked about bringing in Hogarth is we start seeing Danny being proactive. She makes him feel seen and heard. And he harnesses that support into action. And that episode ending. Is he going to die? No. But what the heck happens next? Gotta roll over to the next reaction…
