Not quite the honeymoon that I was expecting, but when are things ever normal in this world? 😅

Enjoy the reaction! 🥰

They aren’t, and this is the lowest Jemma has ever gone. Forgive me, but I really hated her in this episode. Yo-Yo was no better.

I didn't think that they took Talbot's family. I thought Hale's assistant just went to his family and waited at their house for him to call, but I don't know now. I feel like Talbot's wife was reading what they gave her because they were the ones that took Talbot, saying they could help him. So, she was reading what she thought the doctor was saying would help. Also, I didn't say that I didn't think the teleportation machine needed two people because I remembered Ruby taking it on her own, 'cause I didn't. It was over a decade ago that I watched this and I remember the broad strokes, but not a lot of details 'cause I haven't watched the full eps in a long time. I was just going on Hale using it to talk to the Confederacy on her own. So when you said that it takes two people, I thought, "Wait, was that established? I don't think so. Hale uses it." I don't tell you things based on stuff to come, only what I remember thinking at the time or, in this case, asking why you thought something that I don't remember and if I simply don't remember but it was stated.

What did Jemma do in this ep (and Yo-Yo) that makes it the lowest she's gone and made you hate her here? I remember not being against Jemma, Fitz and Yo-Yo during this time, but a lot of fans were. Watching the ep, nothing is jumping out at me that seemed egregious.

Each time I see the shot of 'Herefordshire', I try to work out where is actually being shown - it feels more Langdale in Cumbria to me, but when I reflect on it that doesn't seem quite right, so maybe somewhere else in northern England. Not that this is especially important 😆 More callbacks as we've become accustomed to this season - references to 1x06 with the parachute straps, and the Hydra brainwashing from S2 (poor Talbot!) So, Ivanov is dead. He clearly managed to get his head back from Hale, and then decided to attach it to an LMD body - which seems like a pretty stupid decision TBH. I suppose it could make sense if he was down to the last of the lifelike LMD versions of him, since we know he can't make more without AIDA and the Darkhold, but otherwise there doesn't seem to be any upsides to doing it and some pretty major downsides. I'm also not sure what he was expecting to get out of going into the chamber - he doesn't have a human body any longer, and I don't see how the infuser could work with a LMD body. Deke is lucky to be alive - it must be *possible* for someone like Mack with no experience to perform surgery (after all, surgeons have to learn how to do that kind of procedure), but the chances of survival have to be pretty low. We got some amusement from his doped-up self as a result though, so I'm fine with it (and besides, Simmons isn't an MD anyway, so stretching medical ability is hardly new for AoS!).
