This was honestly one of the best pilots I've ever seen in my life and I love it! Thanks for the request, Tom!

I was hoping you were watching the pilot for a reason—yay!! This helps relieve the pain of no more Wonderfalls. Then after PD you get to watch Dead Like Me 😁❤️

Nica Marie

The show is called Pushing Daisies because when someone is dead and buried they are said to be "pushing up daisies." It's basically a reference to death.

Richard Ashton

This is so wonderful to see again. Such a shame that the Writers' Strike killed it off, so to say.

Whisper_dvm

Agreed. Dead Like Me is such a fabulous show.

I haven’t seen this show since it aired. I remember it being quirky but I forgot just HOW delightfully quirky it is. I also remember Zooey Deschanel playing Chuck which goes to show my memory is not that great 😆. I would happily rewatch along with you if you decided to react to it.

Dave Ford

This is a very quirky series - but quite lovely in its way - glad you enjoyed the pilot.

Jeffrey

The creator of this show also created Wonderfalls, Dead Like Me, Hannibal, American Gods, etc, and also wrote the character Claire (the cheerleader) on Heroes.

Bud Haven

The actor in the series is now a major character in Foundation. I'm afraid to tell you anything about any series in fear that you may someday react to them. lol

The "gotcha" that you were digging for is that those brought back never age. You'll note the dog is the exact same age as 20 years ago.
