Content

I had a somewhat busy week with other work things, but I still got some good progress over the weekend. It's an interesting experience to make a barbican (fortified castle gate) in RPG Maker, haha. Also, my birthday was over the weekend, which was strange in a way. This year has gone by very quickly for me.

Regardless, I'm almost done with my current phase of the next update's content, hoping to finish that today or tomorrow and move on to the next phase. It's not a hard and fast thing, but I have a tendency to try to do the content in blocks like this (all the mapping, all the writing, all the combat, all the playtesting, etc.). Hard to say exactly how much longer it'll be, but I do hope to finish within the 2-3 month estimate I've given (though definitely on the higher end, as I noted before). Ultimately, I prioritize being sure it's done right over sticking to a schedule, but I do want to keep up a reasonable release cadence.

Also, I did make the small story patch I mentioned last week, in case anyone didn't see it.  No changes to variables or anything, and the changes mostly expand on the spirit of what was already there, so no need to replay unless you really want to.
